He advises you of a certain cost, and tries to charge more for doing absolutely nothing. He fails to communicate, fails to stay abreast of current divorce law and fails to keep appointments. More importantly, he fails to keep his word!! He advised me on separate occasions that he would be refunding my monetary retainer and then sends me a bill.... I am filing a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Commission, the Michigan Attorney General and also intend on filing a small claims case for the return of my retainer.
