First of all you don't have to wait for weeks and weeks to see a doctor. Before surgery they gave me all of the out-of-pocket pricing. I went through allergy testing. I've had a deviated septum repair (Dr. Swenson), and two sinus recirculation surgeries (Dr. Palmer). The front desk is staffed by really nice ladies. The physician's assistants are great.

I recently exper something that may impact the healing process of my treatment and wished to speak with someone qualified to give me advice on scheduling a last minute appointment or perhaps a prescription I no longer am taking. The front desk staff not only spoke to me in a disrespectful patronizing tone but they and the MA I spoke with were very dismisive of my concerns and gave the attitude of "what do you want me to do about it." My treatment is related to my ability to hear, and should be addressed with prompt care. Im sure the individuals who treated me this way would feel the same had they been in my shoes.

As a person who has dealt with some severe allergy issues for years and been to numerous allergy…read moreclinics, I feel like I can write with a fair bit of authority here. Dr. Palmer, well, he is ok. Doctors are doctors and they are better than everyone, right? It's his support staff of nurses, techs and nurse practitioner Nancy who make this clinic run smoothly and such a wonderful place to come for treatment. I love the way they do their allergy testing. It is so much more thorough and safe than other places I have been. They don't just do the scratch tests, they do individual injections of a tiny microscopic drop of each serum. It takes a lot longer, but it is way more accurate. For food allergies, they sent me for RAST tests beause they have a policy that skin tests for food allergies can be too dangerous. I am currently undergoing a 3-5 year immunotherapy treatment plan. For you inexperienced (lucky) un-allergic folks, that is weekly allergy shots to hopefully reduce or cure my symptoms. I go to the clinic once or twice a week and get two shots each visit, one in each arm. Allergy shots are very expensive, even with insurance, but this clinic makes it affordable and lets you carry a balance and pay it off in bits as you go along. They wouldn't deny you your shot if you couldn't pay that day. I never thought I could get allergy shots because of the cost but this clinic made it possible for me. Their hours for shots are on a walk-in basis and I have never had to wait. I walk in, sign in and I am always called back to be injected before I even have a chance to sit down. In and out and back to work in no time, I love it. Another big plus to this office is that down the road there is a potential option to continue your treatment from home by giving yourself the injection and only coming into the office periodically for check ups and supplies! If you suspect you have allergies, get tested at Dr. Palmer's office. If you already know you have allergies and want to get better, consider immunotherapy. It will change your life.

Frustrating, Superficial Care - I Won't Be Returning I…read morevisited Dr. Hunter once, and that was more than enough. From the start, it felt like his staff spent more time speaking with me than Dr. Hunter himself. When he finally came into the room, he barely spoke with me and seemed in a rush to move on. Rather than discussing the possible causes of my sinus infection or examining me thoroughly, he immediately hooked me up to a machine. The only result was him telling me that my nose was swollen--something I'd already told him myself. It felt like he was doing everything possible not to engage as a doctor. There was no attempt to understand the root cause of my problem, no meaningful conversation, and no real care. It seemed like he was simply checking boxes to get me out the door. Then came the $200 bill, which frankly feels generous for what little effort or value I received. I immediately went to another doctor afterward, who actually took the time to listen, examine me properly, and provide real treatment. That experience only confirmed how underwhelming and superficial my visit with Dr. Hunter was. This might have been easier to forgive if it felt like Dr. Hunter was even trying a little--but it truly seemed like he wanted to avoid practicing medicine altogether. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for thoughtful, thorough medical care. Patients deserve better than what I experienced here.
