They wrote in the fine print of the contract that we could not go after them after we purchased the home. We tried to contact a lawyer but apparently these guys have such a horrendous reputation they have used all the lawyers in the Nanaimo area and there would be a breach of confidentiality if any lawyers in Nanaimo were to represent a client other then these lawyers. So for us to sue them we would have to hire a lawyer most likely from Vancouver or Victoria. We were unaware of this kind of contract because we moved here out of province. Very disappointed if we could give them zero stars we would. Don't make the same mistake we did use someone else!
