Agent Choi's office is very unreliable. You have to keep calling them because they never return your calls. Once in the office it's pretty much the same. The office always seems to be distracted with something else. They are not the friendliest people. Starting from the agent, manager and on down. They need to be train in customer service. read more

I wouldn't recommend this agent ever. Allstate in general was a good insurance company, but I never had any claims. This agent has poor customer service. I ended up canceling my policies and moving to another company. read more
