We went over all my options, unrushed, and he helped me make the best decisions for my situation. Mr. Fahey has impeccable work ethics and has gone beyond the call of duty for me two times now. Thank you Mr. Fahey for being there for me again! You are a remarkable man!

Over 2 years ago I had a consultation with him in which he asked a bunch of questions, accepted my case and referred me to a different attorney who could simultaneously help me with my other lawsuit for a long term disability benefit from a previous employer. Well Craig has been hard to get a hold of and never seemed in the know about my case. Every time I tried to send him new info or ask a question if I got a response at all it was basically that it didn't matter right now, that we would discuss everything as a hearing got closer. Now it's finally crunch time, SSA is sending me for a medical eval and I should be getting a hearing in the next few months. Craig calls me, asks me a few questions and drops me as a client!! Without even knowing the current details of my case, no advice for my upcoming medical eval or even any referrals for other attorneys to reach out to for representation. I guess once he got that hefty referral fee from the attorney he referred me to for my LTD case he decided why bother putting any work into my case since he had already been paid far more than he would make from representing me himself. So basically he's been grossly overpaid for a 1 hour consultation (that he offers for free) and I'm left screwed. The attorney he referred me to for my LTD claim was amazing, by no means am I criticizing Craig for providing this referral. The other attorney did a great job on my case (obviously since a referral fee was paid to Craig) and he was incredibly kind and compassionate. Unfortunately Yelp wont let me include his contact info in my review so if you would like it feel free to private message me and I will send it to you. Give him a call directly, no need to waste your time or energy on Craig and no need for Craig to continue getting grossly paid for simply providing some contact info. I care about helping people, so I'll provide it for free :-) *Updated to say that I am APPALLED by Craig's response to my review! I can't believe the nerve of him to say that I ignored his legal advice and LIED about it for over two years!! Who does he think he is!?! The only legal advice he gave me was that I if I was planning on having another child then it would make winning my case difficult and that I would need to try opioids to manage my pain. Well I did try opioids and it nearly killed me so my doctors told me that was not an option for me and by no means was I planning on getting pregnant but you know what, things happen and birth control fails. That doesn't mean that I lied to him. His response did however further prove what a scum bag he is though, so there's that.

Jorgensen Law - Jorgensen Law

I can't say that the same results will be the same for everyone, but I think that's darn good in our situation. My case took longer and there wasn't much conversation back and forth, but when I had a question, someone always seemed to be able to answer it for me. I have no regrets of hiring Jorgensen Law for myself nor my husband and believe it was well worth the money, because being disabled and not being able to work is not easy. What they took for the back pay is minor and well deserved and I'm just thankful and grateful that we both have incomes now. Thank You, Jorgensen Law!!!

I used Jorgenson law for my SSDI case and had a positive experience and favorable outcome for my…read morecase. I was awarded my settlement in December of 2019. At the time I recall asking if there would be any assistance in the future regarding redetermination reviews. This is a normal process in the Social Security administration, and is done after 3 years of receiving SSDI. At the time of my original award I was advised by Jorgenson that when the time came there would be some kind of assistance with any of the review procedures. I was told at the. Ery least I could get resources that would assist in completing my redetermination. So the time has come to redetermine eligibility for my continuing benefits . I called Jorgenson law to inquire about getting legal counsel for the review . Unfortunately, my experience today was not a great one and I am less than satisfied by the information provided by the receptionist answering the office calls. First off I was met with a hasty response and rushed through the conversation. The receptionist was short with me and seemed to want to hurry and get to the next call on hold. She was not polite and said that there they don't provide past clients assistance with redetermination reviews. Then I was quickly dismissed and when I askedIf I was denied at my review would Jorgenson assist with appeal? Her response was that I would have to pay a retainer fee of 4-$6000 for services . Also, I could only obtain this assistance after I had been denied and received no benefits for a year. This was a bit disappointing. The receptionist was very unprofessional and not at all what i had experienced from Jorgenson Law in the past. She was not kind , very dismissive and quite frankly made me wonder if this is how she normally responds to clients. Perhaps she was having a rough day, This doesn't excuse the behavior and the fact that it's her job as a receptionist to at the very least be polite to potential clients when taking calls is a huge red flag. If I had an encounter on the phone at any time while Jorgenson Law represented me I would have found another firm to represent me. The erroneous information that was given to me when I got my settlement is very concerning , and really makes me second guess my initial decision to retain the firm. If I had known that this was not the case for future reviews I think I may have chosen a firm that did not flat out lie to me and then treat me with such disregard upon inquiry about assisting with redetermination. I am not sure as to the validity of the information I received when I called the office but the way I was treated was not acceptable. This will serve as a reminder to be more proactive and do a bit more research if I need an attorney in the future. I would not use this firm again and at this point I would not recommend them to anyone that is looking to hire a disability attorney. I think perhaps the firm may have list the personal touch that I appreciated so much when I obtained the firm. Very disappointing and another sign of the times. Greed and money win again. A sad reality that only grows with the loss of being kind or relating to humans with kindness , respect and truth. Not a good look for a disability attorney at all. Higher standards and ethical guidelines need more influence to raise the bar.

I highly recommend this special education law firm to anyone looking for a successful outcome. I…read morewas referred to Megan Law Firm by one of their clients, a school board member, who confidently assured me that this firm genuinely cares about its clients and that most school districts fear them. The public school system failed my daughter, as we know they do when it comes to special education. My daughter struggled in her previous high school due to a lack of academic support and IEP services not being implemented. To top it off, her ADA rights were violated by not having a functioning elevator for individuals with disabilities under Title II. However, an excellent outcome was possible due to a great legal team and the extra help from our attorney, Mr. McDaniel, who successfully got my daughter into private school with transportation included, funded by her school district due to her cognitive and physical challenges. Therefore, Megan Nuñez Special Education Law Firm is on of the best in San Diego due to its dedication and excellent team that prioritizes clients--aiming for the best possible results. Due to their high demand and busy caseloads, communication can be difficult and there is a waitlist, but the outcome justifies the wait; be patient, buckle up, and trust the process.

I came to the Law Offie of Meagan Nuñez in the middle of everything feeling like an uphill battle. Byanca Hutchins was the attorney who represented my son on my behalf. She is absolutely incredible. At a time where it felt like I was batteling a broken school system, she came in to listen. She managed my expectations, never judged me or my son, and truly showed up for us. Byanca is amazing! She knows what she is doing and knows how to navigate the school system that is built to protect the instituition over children. Byanca never made me feel rushed, or made me feel like I was asking too many questions. She made me feel seen, and understood all that I had done to advocate alone. You would be lucky to have Byanca going to bat for your kiddo. Not only is she an incredible attorney, she is diligent and relatable. She explained every step of the process and guided me on what I needed to know. Listen to her guidance, she is here to protect your kiddo (and you) and it shows in her passion and dedication! Her services are invaluable and you cannot put a price tag on the peace of mind she brings.
