At the end of the first rental lease (of 9 months), the owner of the rental unit was understandably considering selling the rental condo. With such high demand, market prices soared to unprecedented levels. Rather than sell, Kelly Realty and the owner agreed to rent us the unit for another 2 months. And before it was all over, supply chain shortages and work stoppages precipitated 5 more lease extensions, and a total of 17 months rental!
