Mark Baldwin - After installing two new elements in my hot water heater, the breaker kept tripping…read more I called Rightway Plumbing late on a Tuesday afternoon and told them it was not an emergency but that I'd love to have hot water the next day. I was told a plumber would be here between noon and 3:00 pm on Wednesday. Emmett, from Rightway, was at our home by noon. His truck was professional, uniform clean and he immediately made us feel that he was knowledgeable about our problem and knew what he was doing. The water heater was installed in 1999. I had replaced the coils/elements two years ago and it had worked fine since. Emmett explained that it could be the breaker itself, faulty thermostats (there are two) or that we might need a new water heater. Except for the breaker, which would need an electrician, either replacement could be done that day. He gave me a price for a new water heater and for the thermostats to be replaced. After meticulous testing and retesting he felt that the thermostats were the problem and gave us the option to decide what we felt was best. We went for the thermostat(s) replacement and it was the right call! We never felt pressured to buy a new hot water heater and saved over $1,300.00 by just replacing the thermostats. Emmett stayed to make sure there was no leakage and that the breaker didn't trip. While we were waiting, he fixed a water closet that ran off and on; not a big job but one that needed to be done. Emmett did a great job of representing Rightway Plumbing. He was courteous, honest, professional and as an added bonus, had a great sense of humor. All in all, a very positive experience.

This is a great company and I highly recommend them for no-nonsense installation and service, very fair pricing, and a friendly staff.

The day of the appointment, I was called around 8:15 to confirm that a technician would arrive between 9 and 10 am. Frank arrived in the promised window of time.
