I brought my daughter in over the summer to get evaluated for ADD/ADHD. I was very concerned about her. We went to 3 sessions for her to get evaluated and then waited. And I am still waiting for the results! It has been almost 4 months and nothing! I have called 5 times. I always get an answering machine and have only received one phone call back. They left a voicemail and told me to call a #, the # they gave me was the same answering machine. Someone did text me and I texted back my frustrations, they apologized and said they were busy. And they never followed up with me, so still no results. I really liked the woman we saw and wanted to continue with their services. However, when they won't get back to me about my daughter that is very upsetting. The next step is to call insurance and let them know all the money they paid for an evaluation was worthless. read more
