This post comes a little late, but busy couple of months since moving to our new home…read more I was contacted my Mauricio through email, when I began looking at homes in Dayton, NV. We had a great conversation and decided my wife and I would meet with him on the following Tuesday to look at homes. We met promptly as scheduled, spoke about one house my wife and I had looked at the night before meeting him (disappointing). After finding out more on what we were looking for, he said he had a few homes for us to look at. After grabbing coffee, he took us around the Dayton area. Third home we saw, my wife and I immediately knew this was the house would like. Due to some issues with my VA Home Loan, Mauricio offered the assistance of his local mortgage company. I accepted, and within a half hour or so, the mortgage company contacted me. I gave our agent some info and we agreed to meet about 2 1/2 hours later. The mortgage company overcame issues we had with the other company. Thirty days later, we took possession of our keys for our new home. I can't thank Mauricio enough for helping us find our home and assisting with helping us get our mortgage loan through his local mortgage company.

I found him to be rude, and completely offensive. Because of he was so offensive, he almost lost a sale for his clients twice. I even directed my realtor that he was not allowed on my property unless required then only with her present. He seemed to have no issues losing a sale for his clients as long as his rude and offensive intentions were made clear. If you don't mind losing a sale or purchase because of him, you could be fine.
