I am absolutely Gobsmacked that this place is still open!! I have the unfortunate task of dealing with this office from a carers point of view, and i have to say...maybe it would be better if it was pulled down. Consistent lack of interest when something goes wrong with claims and payments, is starting to wear thin!. The gentlman that i care for at present, has been treated apallingly since day one, without going into too much detail- he needs a little help with reading and writing, and i shadow him daily to help out when needed. Recently he has managed to secure a 'job trial' which is great news....or so we thought...we sent the paperwork off to to verify that this was a non payed trial so his benefit should NOT stop and made several phone calls to the job centre to confirm this. Lo and behold...His payments have stopped!!!! Now he has no money to survive on!!! I cannot believe that something SO simple to organise can be SO hard for the staff at FROME jc to comprehend!!! This is just one more thing, in a long line of foul ups by their staff. Never has there been an apology, and worse still, this will not be the last time it happens! I am disgusted by the treatment my client has received, and i intend to complain to as many people as possible. Where do they get their staff from?? read more
