I accompanied my daughter to the job centre this morning for moral support on her ongoing search for work. The so called 'receptionist' 'greeted' us still chewing some food was stand offish and I was told I would not be able to go with my daughter and further more would have to leave the building for 'security reasons' - what on earth is going on - I felt we were looked down upon and something that had been dragged in!!! I have never had this experience in all my working years. Surely time for the front of desk staff to have proper training on how to speak to the public! read more
