I do not recommend Roger G Jain associates and specifically Renae Mundis-Mitchum. She quoted me around 5k - 7k for a contested divorce. She charged for every little thing while I did most of the work and digging and contesting. She ended up charging over 13k for a very simple divorce. She did not fight for me and even referred another lawyer, (more competent than her to my now ex-husband) who overpowered Renae, and thus, my ex was awarded more than he should have gotten. She did not fight back against the other lawyer and was pretty quiet during mediation and didn't give a fight or arguments, getting answers out of her was like pulling teeth sometimes and quite rudely too.
