Je m'exécute, par respect et reviens avec un masque. Une fois dans la salle d'attente (qui ressemble davantage à un couloir), l'accueil reste glacial. J'entends ensuite la praticienne dire au patient précédent qu'elle ne prend pas la carte bancaire et qu'il devra revenir avec l'appoint. J'anticipe donc en précisant que je n'ai qu'une carte bancaire. Sa réponse ? Une leçon sur la gestion de son agenda, suivie d'un discours prétentieux "les ophtalmologues en France font 15 min par consultation, moi, je suis la seule à faire 30 min" ...comme si c'était un exploit. Puis, elle annule purement et simplement mon rdv, indique sur Doctolib que je ne me suis pas présentée (ce qui est faux), et me demande de reprendre un rdv avec un masque et l'appoint. Autant dire que je ne remettrai jamais les pieds dans ce cabinet. Je peux comprendre l'obligation du masque, mais dans ce cas, il serait professionnel de prévoir une boîte de masques pour les patients et d'accepter les moyens de paiement courants, comme le font la majorité des ophtalmologues en France. Ici, on cumule manque de courtoisie, rigidité excessive et absence totale de sens du service patient !

He was also very kind and helpful, did some tests, and found out it was not a problem. He didn't charge much, either! I felt so relieved and grateful for their help. I highly recommend them!

I was happy to be able to have an urgent, same day appointment yet thoroughly disappointed with the staff, particularly the doctor. I needed this exam because of the very painful pulling of my right eye do to a weakened nerve that I would later discover. The doctor treated me as though I didn't exist but just a number and I had to ask her to turn around versus speaking to her back. Was the same with the other staff. I will not return to this facility and I do not recommend it either. We pay for médical care and deserve to be treated in a dignified manner.

She did not give me a proper eye exam - it was quick and did not include all the tests that are normally done for an eye exam. I showed her my records and she told me that my sight had not changed. She also told me that I did not need cataract surgery. I knew this was incorrect because I knew that my vision had changed. She promised to send me a follow up letter within the next few days and did not do so. It was also difficult getting my records from her. I went to another doctor because I did not have confidence in her. That doctor told me that if I did not have the cataract surgery, I would need an eye-seeing dog. In other words, I urgently needed cataract surgery. I do not like the idea of leaving a negative review but I think it is important to make informed decisions.
