She told me it was good quality leather ("we always get such great leather here" she exclaimed) and said she would give me 10% off. After I purchased the bag I looked at the tag and saw that it wasn't leather, but 100% Polyurethane! I was mad, but thought the bag was cute so I didn't return it. Then, the first time I wear this bag it completely falls apart! I was out to dinner with friends and so embarrassed. I regret spending my hard earned money at this place. They pose as an upscale boutique store, but they know nothing of quality (although their prices beg to differ). Save yourself from buyers remorse and do not shop here!!

I probably spend $2000/year there because I do like their merchandise, but they definitely (other than Lisa) have zero customer skills. You won't get a warm welcome here.
