Got my quote and they came and put conduit in to my garage a month later. They sent me a bill and I paid it immediately. They never came back to run any wires or change a box. They just laid the conduit and never came back. I started calling them monthly in September and they said they'd be here in two weeks. I called again in October, "2 weeks." and November,"2 Weeks." Then in December there was a family emergency necessitating my family to move into our downstairs apartment. Now we needed to have our garage done so we could give them more space because our deep freezes are in the apartment and not in the garage where I'd like to move them. They don't have the room for more than a mini fridge down there now. I communicated this to Ron's and they said they'd be here just after Christmas. Perfect. Until February came around and they still never showed up. I called again, "2 weeks", and the same for March, April, May, June and so on. Now its the end of August. Our Anniversary so to speak, of unfinished jobs. Find another electrician, you're going to have to eventually.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not live up to that. When the electrician came out to complete the job, he entered our garage without notifying anyone he had arrived, which was unexpected and not very professional. We had also specifically asked for the new AC wiring to be concealed, but that request was not followed and the wiring was left exposed. Within two weeks of installation, the furnace is already not working properly and we've had to arrange for another service visit. While looking into the issue, I discovered that a used breaker had been installed in our panel instead of a new one, which was concerning. Communication was also an issue. My wife was not given clear or complete information during the process, which led to confusion and frustration. Overall, there were multiple breakdowns in communication and follow-through. Based on our experience, I would recommend asking detailed questions and confirming expectations in writing if you choose to work with this company. That means drawing a picture of exactly how you are wanting something done.
