Their office manager, Marie, is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with when arranging to purchase a product. There salesman, Rich, above and beyond in knowledge of the product, pros and cons of materials and advising to get more than one estimate. I was kept totally up-to-date on the arrival of materials to their site that manufactures the awnings and installation was quick and easy with Rich here the entire time, supervising and installing.
