We requested biweekly services and he would sporadically send invoices even ahead of that 15 day schedule but it's clear we were not even receiving cuts. We discontinued services a few weeks ago on both ends but it's appalling to know that we were paying and being hounded for payment yet services were not being delivered. The pictured property was "serviced" 3 weeks prior to this photo which clearly is untrue.

This last time they were scheduled to cut my grass, Casey texted me to let me know the job was complete, and I sent him the payment like usual. However, when I arrived to the property it was obvious that the grass was NOT cut. I texted Casey and was very understanding asking if there was some mix up- he explained he had some new hires running the route and they might have been confused and he would have it taken care of right away. No problem, I know things happen and always try to be understanding! Since then, he has completely ghosted me. The grass has still not been cut and he is not returning phone calls or text messages. I requested a refund and have heard nothing from him.

Despite having clear directions and expectations laid out weeks in advance, he showed up unprepared, overlooked key details we had already discussed, and what was agreed upon versus what was actually done were two very different things. While he eventually took some accountability and offered a discount, it hardly covered the effort required to complete the job correctly. This was after gaslighting me about what we had discussed in the first place. The entire process was more frustrating than necessary, thanks to his miscommunication and constant back-and-forth once he arrived. A prime example? He claimed one of my trench drains was buried under concrete--pure nonsense--just to avoid addressing it per our original verbal quote. When he initially visited the property to assess the work, 6 mention the drain being under concrete. That lie wasn't just lazy; it made absolutely no sense. He wasn't thorough; he begged for this job, and when he got it, he didn't deliver. Bottom line: If you must work with him, get everything in writing because this guy is full of excuses.
