This time was in downtown Toronto. Very efficient, great workmanship, with a fair price. Whenever you have issues with water pipe, toilet leakage, basement plumbing, indoor/ outdoor piping, or faucet installation, they can provide a excellent work to get them fixed. I called up Andrei to describe the bathroom problem. He provided me with the solution with an appointment. We exchanged details with text messaging. On the workday, he replaced the toilet bowl fill valve and flapper as well as the bathtub pipe cartridges with good care. Double checked everything after working on it. The job was all done in under half hour. No more leakage mess. The place was cleaned up after the job, no mess, no headache. Andrei is a fantastic plumber. If you live in the York Region such as Markham/ Richmond Hill or GTA downtown Toronto and have plumbing needs, give Andrei a call at (647) 289-9576. Highly recommended.

The same Moen valve was less than $175 anywhere else online or in hardware stores. I was told that what I received was a higher quality than available elsewhere. I requested more info from Doug Clark but was told that I was being a nuisance and that if I registered for the warranty with Moen, then Doug Clark Plumbing would not be responsible for any more support. Needless to say, I am not happy with their response. I should have requested a quote beforehand. I strongly advise anyone dealing with Doug Clark Plumbing to do so.
