I had worked with Jonathan in July 2017. I bought a Florida condo from him. I was very impressed by the way he presented himself, and how he handled and helped his client, who was a seller, and I was a buyer, he managed to charm me to pay more for the property I bought.
In March of 2021, I wanted to sell my two Florida properties in the same location. My ex- property manager whom I worked with for many years wanted to sell them for me, but she didn't know how to do a job efficiently, the two apartments was sitting empty there for over two months without even listing them on the market, due to her incompetence. I thought about Jonathan so I called him, and told him my situation, he said he would like to help me. I told him that I could give one apartment to him to sell, the other apartment would be my property manager to sell. Jonathan was okey with that, and he didn't put pressure on me to let him to sell my second apartment, which I really appreciated.
Once Jonathan had my first apartment, within days he priced the apartment right, hired professional photographer taking beautiful photos, and put that unit into the market right away, everything was done just less than 5 days after my first phone call. Once my apartment was on the ML, within 4 days we received a full asking price, all cash, a clean offer.
I have met a few real estate agents (some of them are very pushy) and I have sold a few houses and apartments, but I haven't met anyone like Jonathan, who is more efficient in answering my needs and more dutifully adhered to my criteria and not pushy at all.
