It's been replaced by high pressure, boiler factory selling, appointments that are made and not kept, un-kept commitments, and last minute $$ ad- ons.. Cross the street to Henderson Toyota and get a Camry XLE V6 with the same Toyota 268 HP engine, add entune navigation, JBL 10 speaker sound, blind spot monitoring and you will have a better more comfortable ride, improved visibility, a larger trunk with fold down rear seats and enough savings to take a luxury European cruise. You will have a pleasant experience in both the sales and service departments, and should there be any issues both Al Henderson and Al Jr. are available to make things right. Took my Lexus to the service department today and experienced the worst service since 2011. They have organized the service managers into teams that are supposed to provide better service. This was not my experience. I was told the service I wanted would take between 2 and 2 and a half hours to complete. I received a text soon after dropping off the car saying I would get updates and could communicate with my service manager by using the text, or sending an email, or even calling. I was told I would receive a update related to an optional service I inquired about as well. I received no updates. I did not get a response to the text I sent. I did not get a call back from the voice mail I left, nor did I get a response from the email that was sent. ZERO communications from the service manager. After almost 3 hours of no communication, I went looking to find an update on my car. When I located the only person in the "team". I was told the car was not ready and after a few questions found out nothing was done. They then lied and made excuses why nothing had been done over the last several hours. It was very sad to experience what was once a premier service center, resort to lying to customers. The new customer model is anything but good customer service. We buys cars from dealers based on service. With this service, sales will most certainly drop in my opinion. This is just poor service from poorly trained people who have no idea how to address a service issue without making up stories. They have lost my business due to the new and improved service model. read more

I have never experienced such lack of care concern and professionalism. My daughter purchased a brand new car in January two weeks later there was peeling on the dash board . Brand new car they blamed peeling on a new air freshener that was placed there for a day. She has had the worst customer service. No one cares all they can respond is that it is not covered under their warranty. But their staff and I have spoken to several employees all agree they have set their costumers up to fail. I was told this has repeatedly happened by an air freshener to their cars . Why would you not tell your costumers that this could definitely happen !!! Which no one but service believes that it is true. If it was true maybe they should fix the material they use for their dashboard . Everyone has air fresheners never heard of this problem ! My daughter has a life time of buying cars. It is unfortunate that this occurred for Lexus. Word of mouth is everything. I went in to JM Lexus to get a service today they where busy it took 10-15 min before someone came and helped but the guy was helpful and realized i have been waiting so i asked how long would it be because i am in a hurry to the guy that wanted to take my car, he told me that express is full so lets speak to an advisor and most likely they will give you a loaner so i was like being that i am going to get a loaner i complained about a ticking noise the car was making i do not know if its unusual sound but being they are keeping the car they can check it. i got to the advisor he told me let call someone to take a test drive with u i was like ok i waited 10 min no one should up so i told the advisor i am in a hurry i do not care about the ticking noise i need to get back to my work let them check it out if its normal sound its normal if not they can fix it he told me wait the guy should be down any min i waited another 5 min no one showed up so i left. then i called the service manager to complain he didn't take me serious and didn't do anything helpful, he sided with the advisor instead of reassuring me that my problem will be resolved. just for the record I am a 4th time owner of a Lexus from JM Lexus. I'd like to give them 0 stars but the system won't allow it. I had an appointment for 9 am for maintenance that I was told would take 2-3 hours. After 5 hours I called my so called customer service rep. She said she would check and call me right back. That took another 2 hours. That's not customer service, that';s ignoring a customer. I also spoke to a manager who just gave excuses for why it might be taking so long and I had to call twice to even get a manager. This was a horrible experience and I will not use them again. read more

Last week I took my Lexus LS460 for servicing and to have it detailed. When I took the car home I noticed my front rim had received a few dings in it probably from being dropped on tools while being rotated. Also, the detailing was probably one of the lousiest detailing job I've seen. Any local car wash would have done it better and probably for less than the $90 this place usually charges. This is all pretty disappointing for a dealership which prides itself on excellence. read more

DO NOT trust this dealership. I went there to buy car, the staff seemed so friendly, the car was great. We worked out a deal where I was to return with my trade in to drop off. Richard promised to list the car as pending sale. I called the next morning to see what time he was available because he said I should wait for him specifically. I received a call a couple of hours later to find out it was being sold to someone else who would pick it up the next day? They told me they had forgot to keep their word, and someone else put money down to reserve it. Who puts money down to reserve a car they haven't seen, unless they were buying it out of another "pending" sale. They probably were able to make an extra $500 on the new sale, regardless of the "integrity" they claim to have. Since the new sale was "pending," they would call and let me know the outcome. Which of course, I was lied to again. I never heard from them. I hope the extra $500 they made was worth their loss of integrity. They really seemed so genuine, I was fooled. This is not the type of company I would do business with, bad practice. read more

This place is a factory, and not in a good way. If you really want help or to ask a question about your lease or your car AFTER you sign on the dotted line, forget it. You will leave voicemail after voicemail and go for weeks unanswered. And about those "maintenance plans" they sell you on...DO NOT FALL FOR IT. I had a 2-yr lease, the vehicle had two services, the first is FREE, and I paid hundreds for the stupid plan...which translates to paying hundreds for ONE service. They don't exactly tell you what to expect service-wise when they sell that plan, at least not the whole story. Honestly, I would just avoid Lexus, period. They are basically Toyota with shiny rims, to make you feel like you are buying luxury, when in reality you are buying from a mass-marketed giant that only cares about moving units to compete with GM. read more

Please do not shop here. I saw a car I wanted online and handling the paperwork and the payment with them was impossible!!!!! They found exceptions at every turn, were grossly incapable of electronically depositing my cashiers check, and delayed my ability to take possession of the car. Initially they said that they would release the car with dealer tags and then backed out on that promise, costing my friend picking it up for me now two more nights of car rental in addition to the two more nights of hotel rooms. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE !!!!! I've had to call Lexus Headquarters 5x now just to get something done. Never in my entire life have I had to call the headquarters of an automobile company, NEVER. NOBODY answers the phone at this company. Headquarters had to tie up 3 different lines when then called to get someone to pick up. The salesman who sold me my car has either been fired or quit, so I have no point of contact anymore, except for the General Sales Manager, and we all know how easy it is to get ahold of these guys. I took my car back (did I mention it's only 6 weeks old) for a service (road trip), new rims the dealership promised me when I bought the car, and a complete detail. It's been 4 days, and I still haven't heard from them. I'm still driving a brand new car of theirs. I'm actually waiting to see how long it takes them to figure out they still have my car. Needless to say, I'm taking it to another dealership and trading it in as soon as I get the car back. I will never go to this dealership again, nor will I recommend them! UPDATE: Finally got ahold of the general sales manager (Steve Smiley), and this man actually argued with me, trying to blame the problem on me and the fact that I did not have voicemail set up on my phone. He was almost to the point of yelling at me, until I called him out on it.....then his tone changed. Can't believe the unprofessionalism from the General Sales Manager and the dealership itself. FYI....not all car dealerships are the same....Some dealerships OWN the cars. Meaning, they buy their cars direct from the manufacturer (JM Lexus is a prime example of this). Then, some dealerships, do NOT own them, they are still owned by the manufacturer. This makes a huge difference when making the purchase of a vehicle. If the dealership does NOT own its cars, and you are having problems with them, simply go to another dealership, and have the car pulled from them through the new dealership. Unfortunately, since JM Lexus OWNS ALL of its vehicles, they can do what they want with them (they will tell you otherwise...like I was told..."Lexus doesn't allow us to do this or that" - TOTAL LIE - they own the car, they can do what they want) No other Lexus dealership can pull the car from them, and sell/service it elsewhere. Just something for you to ask the next time you walk into a dealership to purchase a car. HOPEFULLY, you won't be going to JM Lexus. My friends are still in shock of the way they handled this deal, and treated me, and I've already gotten someone else to go to another dealership. AND, I traded this car in the second it was returned to me. I can't imagine how long it would take if something actually broke on the car or was in an accident. I might never see it again. Notice the pics of the showroom....nobody is there....this is what happens when you walk in to the dealership. They all disappear. I stood there for about 10 minutes with employee after employee just walking past me, until one person finally asked...."are you being helped?".... just a final thought before you waste your money and time with this place. read more

Came in to get an appraisal on a pre-owned car I had purchased there. I was sent a flyer just yesterday that I would receive a $25 gift card for my time. Got there, no gift card. Figured I'd get my car washed while I was there. Get my car back and the steering wheel and shifter is covered in grease. Some customer service. So much for shopping for a new car today. They wouldn't even appraise my car while it was waiting to get a wash. read more

My car was in an accident and I took to JM where I got my car. After 60 days my car is finally repaired. When I get there and they had not cleaned the car properly outside, I sit inside my car and there is hand prints, dirt and oil stains all over my interior, the plastic that covers the headlamp was loose and not properly installed. The rims were scratched on both the front and rear passenger side, the front tire was deeply gashed on the side wall which is a hazard, the front bumper was and is still unaligned and the top molding of the windshield was totally unaligned and looked improperly installed. I started to wonder if they even put a Lexus windshield on. The manager on duty refused me a loaner and blew me off, wrote a we-owe on the top of my repair order and would not fix anything that day, said that I needed to take the car home and schedule an appointment to come back another day. I later find out from one of my service guys that he just needed to get the RO closed up because it had been so long and was affecting his times. At this point I am absolutely disgusted with my car and the service, I did not want to deal with anyone there again. A year later I take it back to get the remaining repairs done. I was dealing with Paul & Eddie this time. I expressed my concerns to Paul and told him that my front windshield had been mildly leaking water for the past year when it rains and it would leak through the roof and was dripping from the headlamp assembly. When I get to JM I met paul and Eddie and I as I was explaining all the concerns to Eddie although he seemed polite he did not seem to pay any attention to what I was saying and it seemed like I was bothering him explaining what my issues were. The day he tells me to go pick up the vehicle I spoke to Eddie that morning and hold him that to make sure again that the windshield was done properly. After looking close there was a small dent on the roof right next to the repair of the windshield that was not there before. I immediately had Eddie get Paul and I complained of how dissatisfied I was with the repair and how ugly and unprofessional it looked, he literally circled around it and said well the guy told me he fixed it, and made excuses. Although it was evident that there was no repair and he probably just threw some sealant in the gap, Paul still repeated well he said he fixed it so it must be fixed. I was under the impression that Paul was a manager so I cannot possibly understand how he could sit there and tell me that the windshield looked acceptable? and repaired? Now here is when I absolutely lose my mind.. It starts to rain yesterday, the day after I get the car back.. There was so much water in my car when I got into it I couldn't believe it! As I'm driving the water is dripping and pouring on to the shifter, on top my lap, on to the steering wheel and I was INCHES away from getting into a fatal car accident against on coming traffic, when breaking and accelerating more water comes into the car so I was startled by the water pouring onto me. This could have potentially caused me my life and or the life of someone else considering I was driving head on towards a car on the lane to the left of me... luckily the driver noticed and moved out of the way but there was water on the steering wheel so it was slippery and I was distracted trying to get the water off my lap. I had to pull over and wait 4 hours before I could drive home and wait for the rain to stop which is not a big deal considering I was almost in a potentially fatal wreck. I took multiple pictures and videos of the water pouring into the car which I forwarded to Paul. This morning my vehicle reeked like mold and wet carpet and headliner. At this time the vehicle has been picked up by a flatbed and I am in a loaner. At this point... this is so much more than a repair gone wrong, I do not want to see your service department ever again, I do not understand how they could let this happen.. twice. There wasn't even a reasonable attempt made to fix the windshield. You put my life at risk. read more

I had a great experience buying my car here after not so great experiences at Lexus of Palm Beach and Pembroke Pines. I showed up knowing exactly what I wanted (which JM had) and what I wanted to pay and Khaled made it happen. He has been wonderful since I bought my car in 2011 and has helped me replace the remote batteries and has followed up to see how things are. Most recently I had some cosmetic work done on my bumper after a run in with my garage, whoops. I got a quote from an auto body shop I had used in the past and was told I needed a new bumper ($800 and change). I live about 45 minutes away from JM but I happened to be in the area so I decided to get an estimate and see what they recommended. Gary literally helped me within minutes (I was a walk-in and didn't have an appointment so was not expecting such quick service) and said he was very confident they could do the repair without replacing the entire bumper. He was right. I just picked up my car and it looks great. Best part was they were able to do it for around $600. They also buffed and removed paint from another area of my car that had another run in with my garage... whoops part 2. Taylor was very friendly and helpful. I was told it was a 3 day job and when I dropped my car off I told them I was planning to pick it up on Saturday morning first thing (4 full days later). I never actually got a call that my car was ready, but fortunately when I showed up it was. I appreciated that Hertz didn't charge me for today since I dropped the car off first thing in the am. I would definitely make the drive again to JM and hope the management knows they have great staff. I'll be seeing Khaled when I am ready to buy again. Thanks JM! read more

Somehow my husband's original review of this place is deleted. Here's what he wrote back in November 2017: I would give this place no stars if that was an option. Michael Robbins from internet sales gave me a price quote for the 2017 RX 350 with navigation and put a "hold" on the car on Saturday knowing that I would come in on Sunday to make the purchase. I'm from PBG so I took the tri-rail and he picked me up from the station. Once I'm at his desk, he now said the car is not on the lot because it's on a golf tournament, and the car actually has thousands of miles on it not 13 like stated in the price quote. He said he "goofed". That's completely deceitful. He then refused to sell me another exact same car on the lot for the same price. He now quotes me $625 more. Needless to say, I'm very upset. He said he can drive me home if I'm not happy about this. To say that I wasn't happy was an understatement. Now he's trying to get rid of me? I asked to see the manager and he refused to let me see him. After much talking he let me see the team leader Robert Seeley. The two of them were talking for 45 minutes before coming back to talk to me. They both refused to lower the price of the car with navigation and the one without the navigation. I would think if Michael really "goofed" then they would at least try to make it right. But the fact they refused to do so tells me they lied to me intentionally to get me to come in. After much going back and forth, although extremely upset over this situation I decided to buy the one with navigation for $625 more than what Michael quoted me. But then I saw scratches on the back bumper. Michael told me I can buy the car and drive home with it then come back on Wednesday for them to replace the bumper. I came here to buy a new car not a damaged car or a refurbished car. I explained to him if I do that I would need the price of this damaged car to be lowered. He refused to lower to price and said let's cancel this whole thing if I don't want the car. Way to make me feel like a valued customer! At this point, I'm really done with any car they have on the lot and Michael. I've already wasted my whole day and it's 9pm! Dealership closed at 6pm. I asked him to drive me home like he said he would earlier. He said he won't and will only drive me to the train station. So I was dropped off at a McDonald's near the train station since I haven't had anything to eat while wasted my whole day with Michael. This is the worst car buying experience in my life. The business practice was absolutely deceitful. I feel disrespected throughout this process and not valued as a customer. Instead of trying to sell me a car, Michael was trying to get me to leave. There are other Lexus dealerships in the state and other luxury car companies out there. I think JM Lexus needs to re-evaluate how you treat your customers. I'm extremely dissatisfied and furious. This was a nightmare! We have since then bought the car from Palm Beach Lexus. The exact car and color we wanted. Brand new off the truck. We were treated like value customers. Our family member have also bought the same model from PB Lexus through our referral. Huge mistake JM! read more

They will lie to you to get money out of you and then when you fight back they will back down and give in. Be aware of the Luxury rental department. When renting one of there beat up lexus, they will find any salt size ding or scratch to charge you for it. Obviously they are not making money and need to compensate for there loses some how. The women that works there not sure of her name is the rudest most disrespectful person you can ever meet. She is aggressive and definitely money hungry. The entire place is so unorganized and despite the fact there is many workers running around. Trust me save your time and patience and go somewhere else. It's a high volume store but lacks customer care service all around. Very disappointed in the finance managers lack of follow ups, I would have to call multiple times to get a direct answer. The sales persons is even worse they throw up back and front to other sales associates. If I could give them O stars I would. JM Lexus sold me a great new RC 350 Lexus. I have made every payment on time and love the car. They shipped the car to California where I live. In any case, since purchasing the car I have been very ill and going through breast cancer. I am doing well at present. This illness has caused me a delay in getting the car smog tested and registered. At present I have gotten the car smog tested, registered, with plates and tags. JM Lexus has harassed me with daily calls, daily emails and now some attorney is emailing me etc. All over a $28 smog test. It seems that their reviews are so bad that they hire an attorney to get back at people who write bad reviews. In any case I have my own attorney who will now stop this harassment. It seems ridiculous that a dealership would stoop so low as to harass a 66 year old woman going through breast cancer. AVOID this place!! read more

Leased a new vehicle from JM Lexus. While going over the vehicle I noticed the tire sender warning indicator light was on. The next day I brought back to service to be repaired. I waited a half hour for it to be fixed. Two weeks later I washed the vehicle and noticed the tire air cap was missing. I was by the dealer after the service department was closed so I went into the dealership and asked to have a cap from one of the many vehicles on their lot. I was told the service department is opened tomorrow. Thus I was supposed to make a special trip back to the dealer. The right answer would have been I will get you one mark down the vehicle I took it from and have the service department replace it instead of making me drive back. It seems once you get your vehicle and the profit is made. Nobody will go out their way as they don't work in the service department and can't profit from helping. read more

Bought wife a 2013 gx460 happy with car. Don't know if I would buy another car there though. Took hours and hours to buy a car and my wife had previously came to pricing terms with our very nice and helpful salesman Maury. Unfortunately I had to be introduced time and again to each department Whether it was sales ( rims tint etc) which I clearly had 0.0000 Interest in. Or service department, warranty. Etc. I bought the best aka most expensive service plan and her car alignment has been off since about the 1st. Day. I work out of state and they keep telling her it's fixed and after several attempts it's still a problem. And for the Free car washes. You get exactly what you pay for. Again. Everyone's nice helpful The dealership is beautiful and the car is fine. But I sure hope they can fix the alignment sooner or later read more

Had a fantastic experience. I bought my Lexus a year ago and had actually been avoiding bring it to Lexus. However, they were SO accommodating and were straight forward about what kind of work my car needed. They did not hand me a list of things that need to be improved. Fran was very helpful and actually found out that my car had been recalled for an issue with the engine and got my class to $5,000 of work done complimentary. They also gave me a loaner for the week.
