The very best thing about a problem is to find the solution and this is what I have gotten from JM Lexus. My experience from the start to the end was wonderful. I definitely will recommend any one to JM Lexus because the level of service is second to none. I would like to thank every one for taking part in this wonderful team effort. I decline to mention any specific names because my experience was not just one thing but multiple issues. First, I bought a fully loaded Rx 350 as a mother's day gift for my wife. After a couples of days of driving the car, she realize a very unpleasant wind noise when driving on the highway at only 60 to 70 miles per hour plus the ride was not a smooth ride but a heavy one. She went from extremely happy with the car to extremely miserable. We took the car to Pembroke Pines. After they test drive the car, they acknowledge the noise but was not able to determine where it was coming from. To be fair also to Pembroke pines, they did tried their best and the service was also wonderful with them but we didn't get the solution or the answer we were looking for or deserve to get. We decided to take the car back to JM Lexus where we initially bought it. The service manager asked a specialist to test drive the car with my wife and he also realize there was an issue with the noise but since its a new model, he could not really give us an answer unless they ran more test and that could take a couple of days. They gave us a loaner and asked us to leave the car for a couple of days. Before we left home that day, the service manager told us and I quote'' we will find the problem and we will make your wife happy again. Well, after a day and a half, the service manager called me and said''I thing we know what the problem is can you please come to the dealer? at your convenient. I got the call, at 4:30 PM in the afternoon and the next morning at 11:00 AM my wife and I and my three year old daughter arrived at JM Lexus from Doral which is roughly 1 hour drive. The service manager explained in detail where the wind noise was coming from and why the ride was not a smooth ride. First, the roof racks is what was causing the noise and to add to it, the tires comes with a 20'' inch tire which also make the ride less smooth than a regular RX 350. In addition, I also got the sport package. Well, to summarize everything, the recommendation was to remove the roof racks and the noise was eliminated by at least 70% but my wife did not want the roof racks to be remove because it would take away part of the beauty of the car which would not bring back her happiness. although the noise had a solution, but because of the 20 inch tires, the ride was still a very heavy one. At that moment, I decided to change the car to a Gx 460 and even though its a heavier vehicle but there was no more wind noise and the ride is very smooth. Bottom, line, my wife is very happy with the new GX 460. I would like to thank every one once again for being part of the problem solving and for making my wife happy again. read more

So much for loyalty to returning customers... If I could I would rate this dealership negative stars at this point. After having a great experience with my first lease (that I still have) with AJ Hernandez, I returned this month on the 17th to check what the possibility would be to get a into a new one with a bigger car as AJ promised me a better deal when I return. As it turns out he isn't working for the company any longer and I get sent to a Indian sales person (not that race matters in any form but I can't remember names and you should avoid this person if you ever walk in) that took 5 minutes to get me out of the door and make me swear to never deal with them again. People do not have the time to drive there and hang around to be shown the prices on the Lexus website. We can see those prices from home and could press buy now if we thought those prices were right. A sales person should have the ability to lure you in and make you believe you're getting the best deal. All this guy could come up with is the web page and pointing a finger at those numbers. On top of that he tells me that those numbers aren't right anyway as the prices are before tax, registration, delivery fee and so on... I know he took it personal when I told him that the numbers on the website were bull (because I have a lease with them and the deal I got on my car has nothing in common with their website or price tag on the car) and instead of doing his job and selling a car he preferred to show a customer who's the boss :) so he sold nothing. I had to tell him that he shouldn't have a job if at his best he can only come up with the prices on the website. Everyone has access to the website, I sure do not understand why they'd hire someone to show it to customers when they get there. It's also funny that they send all these surveys and call 5 times every time they change your oil or feel they'd done something for you but this time around nobody contacted me to ask me what my experience was like.. I had a 2007 Cadillac that lost its electrical system, directional indicators, headlights and developed a cracked dashboard. In addition they never told me that because the front and rear tires were different sizes that the actual mileage was only 50% of the claimed mileage (very expensive tires)! My wife purchased a Lexus 250H a few years ago from Autonation in West Palm Beach but had it serviced at JM Lexus in Coral Springs because that is close to where she works. I contacted Lexus, Hyundai and Cadillac dealers about my intention to purchase a new vehicle. Ana Maria Morales fror JM Lexus was the first to respond. We met with her and that was the beginning of the most pleasant buying experience I have had in 50 years! Ana Maria drove the car (Lexus 300H) off the lot and briefly described all of the controls. When she pulled over to let me drive she very patiently and clearly explained the technological features available in the car. The test drive was amazing! It was the smoothest and sharpest handling automobile I have ever driven! When we went back to the dealership there was no hard sell. She answered every question I had in complete detail (being a college professor I really appreciate that skill). We next met with the finance specialist and again none of the usual nonsense about what you can afford, etc. Just clear concise explanations to every question that I had and what my options where. Finally, we met with Darryl Lewis who prepared the car and took the time to very patiently explain the various operating features. Darryl took the time to let me know that if I had any question at any time that I should not hesitate to call him. This is customer service to the max! The entire process was the smoothest most enjoyable auto buying experience that I have ever had. I actually felt like Ana Maria and her team where working "for" me and not "against" me. On Monday February 5th 2018. I was considering a RX30L and left the sales floor and went up to the 2nd floor in the customer's lounge to gather my thoughts. While there, I got a sandwich and a diet soda. While I was sitting and eating and thinking about my new car, I was approached by an employee accompanied by a guard. The guard was wearing a uniform with a light blue shirt with a big badge and dark blue paints. He had a portable radio with a long antenna and looked very serious. The employee proceeded to interrogate me as to why I was sitting and eating their food. I explained that I was considering buying a new vehicle. He said that this area is reserved for customers who are taking delivery on new vehicles or for customers who are waiting for service. I asked where the notice was about customers who wanted refreshments. The employee had no answer. I told the guard that if I knew the policy, I would not have partaken of their food and would know I was not allowed in this area. I was escorted from this area with the employee and the guard in front of all the customers and down to their supervisor. The supervisor's title is "Supervisor for all Fixed Operations" his office is on the 1st floor on the left side of the service area. I did not have a good experience with this supervisor and when he offered his hand in a handshake after this interrogation that went nowhere, I refused to shake his hand. I am 79 years old. This is the 1st time in my life that I have every refused a handshake. I will never return to JM Lexus for my service on my 2011 Lexus ES350 let alone purchase a car. I have never felt more embarrassed in my life. After calling Lexus Factory Service at 1-800-255-3987, their bottom line was sorry, they cannot do anything about this situation. No more Lexus cars for me. I have posted this notice. It stays on yelp for 2 days and then it is removed by either yelp or Lexus. I guess they do not want this post to stay, so I will not be surprised if it removed again. read more

I'd like to share my experience at JM LEXUS. I originally stopped by on Saturday to purchase an NX 200t. The salesperson at first seemed ok but later it seemed like he was on his high horse and not paying attention to me the customer as if he was doing me a favor. When he gave me a quote for my trade-in vehicle, it was a take it or leave it approach and also gave me a response saying the instant cash offer for my trade in was low because my car had an outstanding recall; that was b.s. The reason it was lower was largely due to the cash offer is for people desperate to convert the car for cash...similar to a pawn shop!! By the way, what salesman doesn't even ask for a customer contact number? I guess he had expected I would call him Monday and cave, not!! It was his lost given we returned the following day and gave our business to someone else!!. As I said above, my wife and I ventured back to JM LEXUS on Monday but definitely not to meet the Saturday sales guy. Lucky for us we were partnered with Bob Edmund who was an absolutely wonderful salesperson. He was patient with us as we went back and forth with NX 200t or NX 200t F Sport and various colors. We decided on the F Sport. Bob was well informed about the vehicle and explained all offerings the car had based on different price point models. Moreover, he was extremely personable and willing to make the customer the #1 focus despite it was late and close to closing time. I highly recommend that you request a meeting Bob Edmunds and stay away from that other sales guy who will remain nameless. read more

I first went to Lexus of North Miami and I got upset because they gave me the usual run-around. I left and went to JM Lexus. Robert Seeley (one of the managers at JM Lexus) gave me a price on a brand new GS 350 that was MUCH than the other dealership. I don't know how other Lexus dealerships can stay in business when JM Lexus sells their cars for so much less. Also, Robert gave me his absolute best price up front, with no games, and he was extremely helpful, insightful, courteous, and respectful. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. In addition, everyone else at JM Lexus was also the same way - very professional, yet also very respectful and not "pushy." I have purchased many cars of many different makes throughout my life (BMW, Mercedes, Toyota, Ford, etc.) but no dealership has ever been so amazing as JM Lexus. I still cannot believe the deal that they gave me, and I still cannot believe how welcome and special they made me feel. They sell cars in high volume and know that rock-bottom prices and top-notch quality service is a winning combination to get repeat business. That's the reason why JM Lexus has been the #1 volume Lexus dealer in the entire U.S. for the past 25 years! From now on, every car I buy will be from Robert and JM Lexus, and I highly recommend them to all my friends, family, and everyone else. But you don't need to take my word for it - I encourage you to go to 2 or 3 other Lexus dealers first (if you have the time to spare), and then go to JM Lexus; only then will you truly understand and appreciate what I am saying. read more

Excellent experience from walking in the front door to test driving and eventually purchasing my new vehicle....on a day that I didn't need a new vehicle. There were no vultures, no forced sales tactics and my "Product Specialist", Rachel Rosenthal, was amazing from the beginning! She had extensive knowledge of Lexus and the vehicles and options offered, as well as the competition but did not try to up-sell or bad mouth any of the competition. She was very thorough and honest and actually, a huge relief from my prior experiences at numerous dealerships over the years. I then went to Al Urena for my numbers and to sign my paperwork and was again pleasantly surprised at how smooth our transaction went. Finally, I was greeted with my new car and a Delivery Specialist, Daniel Whittingham, who went through every button, light, and detail that the car had (which is quite a lot as I got the RX350 f Sport). I would tell anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle to definitely make JM Lexus your last stop if nothing else. Just be honest with them and ask for honesty back....nobody is perfect and no vehicle is perfect, but when you find your match and are treated with respect and integrity, it makes the world of difference!!! It's very strange the Good reviews below from Nicole S (from Texas..hmmm..Texas?), Bobby from New York (another out of towner reviewing JM Lexus in Margate, Florida ?) and Linda from Delray (who could've gone to the West Palm Beach Lexus Dealer much closer) reflect good reviews of the JM Lexus dealer, very strange indeed. Those are obviously fake reviews of people who are getting paid to post good reviews for JM Lexus, a local dealership, because my experience of JM Lexus is completely the opposite, mind you, 3 different visits. For only a broken key, I had to wait over 3 hours last year at JM Lexus. Earlier this year, the crappy encasing of the key (plastic so cheap, cracks easily) broke. The service rep man took an hour just writing my info and making me wait for the key case to be 'picked up'. After ONE HOUR, a service man picked up the key to replace the outer case. For only a plastic case I waited nearly 3 hours!!! and if I wanted a complimentary car wash, the wait was an additional HOUR. I said "never mind". What a waste of my time! Oh yeah, my doors won't unlock and they messed up my Remote key Transponder chip, they adamantly deny they messed it up and want to charge me $400 just to check the door lock. Awful people!! Buyers BEWARE of sales associates! We got our 4th lexus SUV from JM Lexus a couple weeks ago. With all of the lexus cars we leased, we would not be charged with excess miles or minor damage to the vehicles when the cars were returned. Salesperson, Rachel, was extremely persistent in having us purchase the car the day we went there (we wanted to just look them over and make a decision). I had an appointment in a few hours so I couldn't read over every word of the 100 of pages that we signed. Rachel and I agreed that upon returning my current car to the dealership and signing a new lease, I would not be charged with excess miles that we put on the car or any scratches/damage to vehicle (there were some minor scratches). This was standard procedure to us as the past 3 times, these were waived. We left that day with the car. In the mail, a few weeks later I received an invoice for 2445.00 from Lexus Financial Services for the excess miles we put on the lexus we returned to the dealership. I called Rachel about it, and she said we "never talked about the miles" which was a complete lie. I spoke with a sales manager there and he said there was nothing he could do. This will be the LAST TIME I purchase a lexus from this dealership. read more

Last week my wife and I were in the market for a Lexus. After contacting and reading about many Lexus dealers in the state of Florida, we decided to drive 170 miles from Venice Florida to Margate Florida where JM Lexus is located and had what I believe the biggest inventory and lot than anywhere else I know. We were introduced to Zach Gordon. At JM Lexus just one person handles the whole sale from start to finish. It was very obvious from when we first met Zach that he was very knowledgeable and professional and could handle the whole deal. He found us the car we were interested in. In our life we have purchased many vehicles of different makes in many different states. This is by far the most pleasant purchase we have ever done. Absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle. There are no markups. If and when it comes time to purchase another vehicle, JM Lexus is already our choice and we highly recommend you make it yours too. If I could double the star rating, I would. Do yourself a favor and look up the story on Mr. Moran, the man behind many years of number one sales and service. He has an interesting history. This was our second visit to this dealership, and unfortunately, we found our experience to be a bit disappointing. I believe that mentioning we were there for a test drive may have influenced the level of assistance we received. Initially, we were informed that the specific car we were interested in was the only one in stock and was not yet available for a test drive due to calibration issues. We were then offered the chance to test drive a used model from a previous year, which we appreciated. However, after waiting, we learned that this option was also unavailable. They then suggested we try another vehicle from the 2021 model year. Having purchased a few cars in my lifetime, I was surprised by the challenges we faced in finding a vehicle to explore. Considering this dealership's reputation for having the largest inventory in South Florida, it felt unusual that we couldn't find a suitable option. We may explore the three other Lexus dealerships in the area as alternatives. I hope that in the future, they can enhance the customer experience during visits, especially for potential buyers looking to test drive popular models. read more

Xavier the express service consultant is professional and courteous. Now the not so sunny side of the egg...no car wash after the oil change and when one of the customer service reps called to inquire about the experience (in a perfunctory, disinterested tone) I told her and she told me three times "so do you want to bring the car in for a wash?" I told her what sense would that make if I work all the way in Miami, wash should have been done after the service in the first place. She said she'd "let management know" and I'm STILL waiting. Shame that everything Jim Moran built and tried to impart on his employees - integrity, professionalism, truth to their word and taking their role seriously in providing the best customer service seems to have faded. I have bought three Lexuses from them and cannot recommend them in good faith to anyone in the market for a new car as I have seen a decline in customer service through the years and they don't seem to be doing anything to address that. read more

I had a great experience at JM Lexus. I was fortunate to have Eva Leung as my salesperson. Eva was personable and knowledgeable. When we test drove the car, she made sure that both my wife and I drove and pointed out all the features. I was particularly interested in the new safety features on the car and when I had additional questions, she printed out detailed information on the features and then brought over a technology expert to go over it with me. I had not expected to buy my car that day, but Eva sold me on the car I bought. I also must say how easy it was to work with Al Urena when we went over the contract (I leased) and the financials. Finally, I never had a better explanation of all the features of the car I bought then the tutorial provided to us by Daniel Whittingham when I picked up the car. Also, the sandwiches, cookies, and drinks provided to customers at JM Lexus also make visiting their showroom and service center, a most pleasant experience. read more

JM Lexus on Sample road is the best dealership I can imagine right now I am not only talking about the free car wash and the 2 snack bar the have but I am talking about the business philosophy as student and businesse I take the time to right this review because JM Lexus is always improving their customer service I always feel good when I go there of course there is a couple people who can try to ruin your day like when you come just for a car wash some guys outside have an attitude I just ignore then because they don't realize without customers like me they don't have a job recently I had to report one of them to his supervisor. Other than that JM Lexus is my house I bought 5 cars from them plus my friends come from all the way from Naples to buy car from them and I never regret I told her about the dealership. read more
