Her terms and conditions were straight forward, and her 8-hour package had everything we needed. Leading up to the wedding she was a real pro. She organized all the shots we needed, and on the day everyone was on the same page as far as what to expect. In addition, and perhaps most importantly, the photos she captured were absolutely beautiful. They were whimsical, charming, intimate, and captured everything that was special about the day. Just a few days after the wedding she posted a collection of about 50 photos on her blog, which after the rush of the day was so wonderful to be able to look through! Following that she delivered all of the wedding photos exactly as outlined in the contract. She is truly professional and talented, and if you're lucky enough that she's available hire her right away!

We worked with Tiffany for our engagement and wedding pictures and words cannot describe how…read morewonderful she is. She knows La Crosse extremely well and knows all of the perfect spots to take you for the type of pictures you are looking for. She is so kind, respectful, and communicative. We needed to postpone our wedding and change the venue due to COVID and she was very accommodating and reassuring that everything would work out - and it did! I was feeling pretty insecure about how I looked since I had gained some additional weight after COVID and she was very kind and understanding of my concerns and met them with kind words and reassurance. She knows how to make you feel comfortable with a camera in your face. We also had an extremely large family photo that we wanted to take (including 13 children) and she was up for the challenge and was able to wrangle all of those children flawlessly. I know that she is moving away from weddings to free up her weekends to focus on family, but no matter what the occasion is, Tiffany is a fantastic photographer and an even better person! We consider ourselves so lucky to be one of the last weddings she photographs.

I brought him home and immediately called to see what treatment he was given. Basically nothing!!! When I spoke to someone on Monday, she offered to "work with me if he had to go to the vet." What does that mean??? Then I asked if she had a handwashing protocol between pets. She assumed employees washed their hands! I asked her why a picture of my dog's eye was not sent to me, so I could decide his care if they are not willing to care for it. As far as I recently found out, our pets are left alone at night and no cameras are used. My dog will never go there again!
