Upon speaking to the owner, she said that she would be able to help me with some cleanup around my mechanic and maintenance shop. The appointment was made for next day. The owner of the company arrived 20 minutes early, punctual and ready to work. The reason I gave four stars was really to no fault of her own. There was some paint that had not been scraped off of a window and I did not have a scraper for her to use to remove it, other than that, she provided excellent service, extremely polite, and very punctual and I will be using her again! She has a client for life.

Our first two cleans were pretty good - no major quality issues and very easy to schedule and add on services. After that, it was pretty much downhill. Terrible quality of cleaning and not a great system to address it. If you report an issue with your cleaning, Geaux Maids sends out the same cleaner with NO PAY to "re-clean" what they missed in your home. I am sure that is supposed to act as an incentive for them to do it correctly the first time but it results in a grumpy and underpaid person in your home. It was awkward and ineffective. I hope this company can make some changes and get it right - everything is great except for the actual cleaning.
