The owner of the company arrived 20 minutes early, punctual and ready to work. The reason I gave four stars was really to no fault of her own. There was some paint that had not been scraped off of a window and I did not have a scraper for her to use to remove it, other than that, she provided excellent service, extremely polite, and very punctual and I will be using her again! Terrible quality of cleaning and not a great system to address it. If you report an issue with your cleaning, Geaux Maids sends out the same cleaner with NO PAY to "re-clean" what they missed in your home. I am sure that is supposed to act as an incentive for them to do it correctly the first time but it results in a grumpy and underpaid person in your home. It was awkward and ineffective. I hope this company can make some changes and get it right - everything is great except for the actual cleaning.
