This system was very complicated, and the host did not leave me the correct key for their "booking system" and when the room was open the machine was not operating (no Sunday laundry here)...ugh! After 6 attempts in the laundry room at my AirBnB I began to google search, learning that Stockholm only has ONE fluff 'n fold 2.5 miles away. With a flight in 6 hours to our next destination, I was not happy. I then looked up the word for laundry in Sweedish and did a Yelp / google maps search. And I found THIS place, just one block from my stay. I waited until 10a when they opened and was so happy to meet the nicest owner, who helped me load the laundry and even lent us two towels to use for a shower while we washed ours that he had brought to the beach. We wanted to have some clothes laundered regularly and some dry cleaned. However, he didn't care and just passed all our clothes to one of his employees. He didn't give us quote nor listened to us. He kept on saying "ok, ok" which gets really annoying really fast. The only reason why this place did not get one star is because our clothes actually turned out clean and smelling fresh and they managed to get them back to us in one day. We also felt like he kinda scammed us by not giving us a quote the day before. We ended up paying 500 SEK for two small bags of clothes.
