Great service & professional staff! Will hire again. Completed projects on time & left the house clean. Best value!

Highly recommend Juan and his company JJ's Era Painting. The quality of work from his associates are outstanding and they are very receptive to the customer's opinions which is always a plus in my book. The value is amazing for what he offers. I literally received quotes from a dozen companies and Juan was the best by far. The quality of work for the price is unmatched. I will definitely be recommending Juan to all my friends and family. read more

Juan and his team have been outstanding to work with! They turned our dated cabin into a masterpiece! My family & I are in awe of his craft and his willingness to go the extra mile. He is incredibly responsive which is so rare these days! The cornerstone of a business that provides excellent customer service is communication, accountability, competition & craftsmanship.. Juan and his team excel at all four! I'm proud of Juan and his team for the hard work they have done for my family & I and I'm very grateful for his help! My experience working with Juan and the JJ Era team includes: - Painting of the entire exterior of our cabin - Painting the interior beams - Replaced, secured and treated almost the entirety of our decks - Reinforced a portion of our deck where we placed a hot tub - Brought our exterior railings, interior stairs & loft balcony railings up to county code specifications and then painted and further secured them - Repaired drywall from our bathroom remodel - Upgraded our interior doors with an awesome design - Transformed our exterior chimney to its original luster by removing old paint - Gave me tremendous advice on some of the things I wanted to do myself, e.g., advice on painting my bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, outside fencing and how to properly set a fence post - Provided an extra hand, out of the blue, when I needed it e.g., helped move a refrigerator out of my kitchen, helped me move a washer and dryer from my driveway to my house, gifted me an extra paint roller and primer before I started my bathroom painting projects, took a phone call when I had questions about proper cleaning of brushes and rollers.. unprecedented customer service! Will update this post soon with some before and after photos! read more

The best experience ever. Juan is so easy to work with, professional, and the entire crew worked hard for a week straight to get the job done. We had a complicated exterior paint job due to a previous painter who damaged the siding, plus it's an old cabin that needed a lot of deck and other wood repairs. These guys did not bat an eye at the amount of work or how difficult it surely was. They go above and beyond and we could not be more thankful to have worked with them. Juan is 100% hands on during the project and they only work on one house at a time. If anything, they almost work too fast and it's hard to catch those smaller details, but Juan sent 2-3 guys to come touch up about a week later. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! read more

Wonderful job paining the ceiling of our garage! Very prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job. Would recommend their services to anyone! read more

Homeowners BEWARE! Juan (owner) gave me a lowball bid. He met me at my home to examine the kitchen cabinets, then we set a date for him to come back with a contract to sign. He took one of my cabinet doors to paint in order to show me the quality of his work. He failed to show up as a agreed (Thursday night at 6:30) but he did call. I agreed to meet the following night at 6:30. Friday night and Juan failed to show up again, but he did call. He said he was busy and had worked all day. I asked him to come by Saturday night at the same time. For the third time he didn't show up, so I called him. He seemed to have forgotten our appointment. He didn't show up until about 930 that night. Being so unreliable unpunctual and unprofessional, I told him I couldn't do business with him. He has no insurance and no workers comp coverage. The cabinet door he returned was the worst example of professional painting I've ever seen in my life. Buyer beware! Caveat Emptor! read more

Juan was very quick to respond and did an amazing job on my house in OC. He prep'd and repaired a few spots where water had rotted the wood. He was meticulous in the priming along the west facing beams where the sun cooks the paint. He stayed all day till the job was finished and it looks great! My house will be well protected from the weather this winter and looks great. Thank you Juan!! read more

Juan was very nice and we were so grateful for his speedy service and being able to work with us on our timeline. They did a really good job painting and repairing a wall and ceiling and the texturing looks wonderful. I am not giving 5 stars as I had to wait for the workers to show up on several occasions. However, Juan has reached out to me several times and apologized. He is a man of character and much appreciated. read more
