just recently purchased a vehicle from them my daughter almost got into an accident because the car is malfunctioning and won't drive over 2 miles an hour they were extremely rude when I had to have the car towed to them . They said they didn't want to have to deal with this shit on Monday morning. Maybe sell reliable cars or stand by what you sell. Beware!!! They are scammers. I bought a vehicle from them, windshield cracked and windows wouldn't go up, seat belt was loose and fender was cracked. They told me over and over that they would fix it and at no charge! It was a good deal, for needing a car asap. They LIED!!!!! Said they never claimed that, had to do it all on my own. Said first couple oil changes were on them yet, they are booked out months and can't do it, making the "free" oil changed costing us by going elsewhere. They never answer phones, and trt to threaten you!! The ladies in the office are the worse, gossiping and always eating/and on personal cells phone and FaceTime. Pathetic place to get a car! BEWARE!!! The cars are defective and unsafe to drive. Mechanics are just hacks. The older lady who works in the office will do whatever it takes to prevent you from refunding the car. Plus their warranty is not good, it's only 15 DAYS...Reasons why they don't require credit check because they know their business is so bad that they are desperate of customers. read more

I am in the same boat as Bec W. I bought a care recently from JJ"s and now it is burning oil. I called to ask if they could figure out what is wrong, they tell me the warranty is over and tough luck. I paid $5000 cash for this car. You would think they would take care of customers on the off chance that they might get return business someday. I guess they don't like return customers for some reason. Maybe they have all of the customers they will ever need because they just lost this one for good. read more

Be wary! We purchased a car only to feel transmission problems the next day. We returned it to JJ's. They alleged it was the fuel pump causing these issues so they fixed that. As transmission issues continued, we took it back to JJ's, and they claimed they would have a transmission specialist look at it. They claimed the transmission specialist couldn't find any issues. After driving it for a few more days and feeling the same issues, JJ's said they would fix the car's issues if we could prove the issues with a diagnostic test. After paying $250 for a thorough diagnostic test, it was proven that the transmission was slipping in the lower gears. After showing JJ's the paperwork proving the transmission issues, they admitted that their warranty, which allegedly covered engine & transmission, was only applicable if the car totally stopped functioning 100%, so they refused to fix it. Although they gave a refund for the down payment, they did not provide reimbursement for the diagnostic test or the tire that I had to replace because it popped a few days after purchasing the car. They seemed to be trying to hide the transmission issues, but luckily I was able to provide proof while I was still within the 15 day warranty. Don't take their word about their warranty or having issues checked out! read more
