The waiting area was spectacular with all of the big windows. The front area staff was fantastic. I felt at ease once I dealt with the receptionist. The MA was extremely sweet as well. Now for the biggest sunshine of the whole experience, Dr. Phung. She was warm and had this amazing energy! She asked me about my plans for family planning and had me leaving her office feeling like I can be a great mom. She shared her experience as a health care worker and constantly being pulled away but how she manages being a mother. She has my old OBGYN beat by a landslide! She is so gentle and the BEST doctor I've been to. With my line of work I know how important an OBGYN is, the are the upmost important doctor for a woman because I have seen a lot of women who didn't get the care they deserved or needed. Therefore new moms...you don't have to subject yourself to Dr. Robert Howen's behavior. He acts as if you are wasting HIS time during YOUR pregnancy. So much for medical oaths and professionalism. I gave this place 4 stars because despite a bad apple like Robert Howen there are amazing doctors like Dr. Carol Nakashima and fantastic staff like Billie RN and Michelle at the front desk!!!

I was terrified to have to see a gynecologist. My past experiences have not been the greatest with many. ( Which is why I put off seeing one for 5 years) Medical issues arose that led me to see one. I chose Doctor Dodd. Best decision ever. I forced my husband into going in with me for the initial exam. Right away, we both felt very at ease. He is the real deal. Where was he when I was having my children? Upon leaving the office, my husband asked me. "Are you still nervous?" I honestly forgot about my anxiety. Had to have a full hysterectomy, Everything went smoothly. He did an amazing job. I am fully recovered and on my way to living again. Thank you to the most amazing gynecologist ever. I will be seeing you next year. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my health. My husband thanks you too for getting me back to my normal self. Better in fact!
