Three kiosks are available to punch in the type of wash and make payment. I had a coupon for a free wash ($26 value). In 10 seconds I'd scanned my coupon and had my receipt in hand. No waiting to get on the belt and be moved through the wash. Vacuums are plentiful and included - yes!! I loved this part and had plenty of time to work on my floor mats. Despite my dogs never being in the car, I've carried Dalmatian barbed hairs into it. Since the sun was out I took more time to grab my car wipes and remove the dust from the dash. The prices were less than what I've found elsewhere. And the car wash did a moderately good job, which is impressive considering I have to park under a tree that drops a lot of sap. The equipment does a great job. They have touch, touchless and self-clean options. My only complaint is that both bays on the far left side say touchless. This is NOT true. The only touchless bay is 2nd from the left. The owner/staff really need to remove the touchless sign from the far left bay. Those of us who only go to touchless car washes are mortified when we see those long, spongy things drag across our cars. Not good! Now I know to use the 2nd bay from the left but the signage needs to be changed. Other than that - its a good value in that area. Don't know if the owner/staff read reviews but this is an important issue for many car owners.

My lovely husband woke up early to take my car to this car wash the moment it opened bc he had read all the great reviews. The guy kinda made a joke when we drove up but he wasn't fazed at all. We opted for highest level wash called "the best wash". He powered washed it before it went in the actual wash and when he was finished he even said if it needed to go through a second time we could do it free of charge! They even detailed the tires! I couldn't be happier with the results! I got to see my silver beauty again!! good as new! I left this place and went and washed my car off myself at a self serve car wash and then it was finally clean. I try to give businesses three chances, and if I'm still dissatisfied with the service, then it's three strikes and you're out. I would not recommend anyone waste their money on the wash.
