I got the manager and she filled out a form stating that someone will reach out to me in 2-3 business. It was a Friday so I didnt expect a call until Monday or Tuesday. Well days passed and I reached out (there's no number to call you have to send a message) someone responded stating that the manager was supposed to do an investigation and I explained that she told me that someone from corporate will be contact with me. Well today I receive a email stating that my claim was denied due to my vehicle being old and it was damaged anyway. My car was not damaged before March 6th. My car was fine until that day. I think it's unprofessional for someone to assume that my car was previously damaged that has not even laid eyes on my vehicle. The first picture is a before picture dated 2/18/26 and the second is the day it happened. I don't care that my car is older please don't assume it's damaged.

He repeatedly implied I was lying when I said I washed my car, even when attempting to show him my receipt. He implied that I could not have because they were currently doing repairs. His ignorance hindered him from considering I went through BEFORE they started repairs and he ignored my receipt. I had to, yell for him to view it, 4 times. When he finally did, instead of apologizing, he asked why did I take so long to vacuum. As soon as I told him the problem with this world is that people like him or quick to accuse people like me without obtaining facts, he ran into the office. He was condescending and offensive. It was deplorable of him to accuse me of stealing a vacuum experience. He obviously did not see me enter at all, but felt I warranted suspicion instead of consideration that I paid to have my car wash before they started repairs. He could not have known how long I was there when he did not see me enter. I was so disturbed, I could not complete my vacuuming. If he had apologized, at the time it occurred, this review would not have been needed.
