I called them at least a dozen times to come out and fix the problem. For four months they never came up with a viable solution. Finally, they agreed to fix their error and wanted me to pay for their screwup. I called Limone out of desperation. The estimator came out the same day. He assessed the issue and told me he could fix it. Their team was here within a week. They were able to reroute the entire zone and locate all the water valves that would be covered up for years. They did all this at a lower cost than my current irrigation service. The new water system is phenomenal. The office staff is very courteous, and their field team are incredible workers. Anthony responded right away and provided a date estimate for the service. It ended up being later than anticipated partly due to early winter weather, however communication was lacking and I had to call and text to know when they would be doing the work. The work began on 21-Nov and was supposed to be a 2 day job. Only one crew member was onsite and mostly went back and forth to their truck and on the phone. The second day no one came and no communication. The third day the same only one crew member was onsite and again mostly did walking back and forth to their truck and talking on phone. As I have outdoor security cameras, I saw this employee go to my back patio and pee (yes pee) off the back of my house. Immediately upon seeing this, I contacted Anthony directly with the video and my experience thus far. He stated it was unacceptable and the employee would be let go AFTER the job. The same employee and the foreman arrived the next day to complete all work. At this point none of the retaining wall was started and supposedly the rose bushes were removed including roots. The employee that peed on my house was talking negatively about me as the homeowner having complained and made several comments just outside my window that was clear to hear. This was highly uncomfortable. The foreman did shut them down to stop speaking. Once the work was done, asked what I wanted to plant in place of the rose bushes. As I did not want to plant anything there, the foreman happened to have some river rock in their trailer from another job site that they added to my plant beds. The foreman walked me around to show the completed work. The retaining walls were exactly what I wanted look wise. They did extend my plant beds quite significantly in some areas as much as a foot which I was not expecting. I was expecting it to be fairly close to the same outline the plant beds already had. I did ask the foreman if he was sure the rose bushes had been removed including the roots and he stated he had asked the employee numerous times and they had stated the did. The foreman noted that we all would know if that was true if they grow back in the spring. I do want to note the foreman was great and basically did all the work of the job in just that one days. Sadly all I wanted at that point was for them to be done and leave my property. Spring came and the rose bushes started growing back and coming in. Along with that obviously not being done correctly, due to all of the additional space added in the plant beds, I now have weeds and grass constantly growing in the plant beds on the outside perimeters that were added. No weed/grass barrier was put down at all so this is now a constant issue. Not all additions were also covered with the additional river rock they happened to have so I have quite a few empty sections of rock in the plant beds as well. I called to have them come back and properly remove the rose bushes as removing down to the roots was part of the invoice and work paid for. I also noted no weed /grass barrier was added and the constant horrible look of weeds and grass growing within the plant beds. I said they need to remove the rose bushes entirely and out down a barrier for the weeds/grass. The office person I discussed with said they would discuss with the team if that was doable. 2-3 weeks passed with no communication so I called again. They said the team agreed to rectify the rose bushes removal and add a weed/grass barrier. Great, when can this be done? The answer was we will let you know when we can add you to the schedule. Another couple of months passed and I called again to see when it will be scheduled for rectifying. The office person let me know they 'hadn't forgotten about me' and I was 'on their list still'. No date or estimation was provided. It is now almost August and still no Word. I called the office again but it just rings and I left a message. I was frustrated before but happy it was done as this was a one-time only needed job for my yard. Now I am even more frustrated and extremely dissatisfied with the service and lack of accountability to rectify what I paid what I now consider far too much for ($4,000 which included discount to pay in cash). I have a very small yard and the plant beds were already outlined with the existing river rock. Given the job wasn't done fully with the rose bushes removal, the payment was definitely excessive. As a woman I feel I got taken advantage of and continue to with the runaround I continue to get from them. As a customer who already fully paid for the services, it should be too priority to rectify before doing new jobs. I will continue calling to get the rectification they have agreed to and will be contacting a lawyer to retain a refund at the very least. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
