I cannot recommend this company enough! Hire them, you will be so happy you did!…read more I just purchased a newly built home, and the windows were completely covered in construction dust and grime. When I called Superior Shine, they sent out their manager the next day to look at the job in person, then sent a written quote the day after that, and got me on their schedule as soon as I accepted the quote. The day prior to the appointment, they sent me an email reminding me of the upcoming service and telling me that they would call when they were on their way to our home. Sure enough, first thing the next morning I got a call from Spencer, one of the four young men who came to work on the house, and he accurately predicted they would be to my house within 45 minutes. The four young men who worked on my windows today were all incredibly polite, professional, well-groomed, well-spoken, and very good at their job. They explained any potential problems they saw with the windows themselves, and they cleaned them to a sparkling shine. I will be having them do my windows three times a year, have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors, and will continue to do so.

Excellent communication by both Kyle and Laura. I love the way that the "Brothers" paid attention…read moreto details. They pointed out that the problem was that my existing gutters in the back were not wide enough to handle the runoff when we get a decent rainfall. My experience with leaf filters is that the gutters need to be twice as wide as open gutters to handle the the same amount of water flow. And I have a question for you; Have you ever tried to clean out gutters that have leaf filters? Leaves are not the only things that get in there! Much easier to clean out the gutters after the first rain of the season when they are wide enough and open for cleaning. When my Brother's Gutters installers took down the narrow gutters in back, they replaced some fungus damaged trim with pre-treated fascia before installing the new, wider channels. They cleaned out the rest of my gutters and downspouts, tested everything to make sure they were properly tilted, cleaned everything up, and then sent me pictures of the completed work. After they finished the gutters, they installed a diverter on the roof-line of the front porch to protect the entry during rainfall. Excellent inspection, great advice, quality materials, good craftsmanship and affordable price. They did ALL of this while I was out of state on a business trip.
