I've always been a fan of jimmy johns, but since going to this location I can say I'll never be back!! I was shocked at the prices and them telling me I needed to pay an extra DOLLAR to add cheese! To an already $6 small sandwich!! Like I was under the impression my money was paying for a SANDWICH ... Not bread and 2 slices of turkey! The quality of the sandwich was just HORRIBLE for the price. My husband got an unwhich... Which was 2 slices of tomato, a slice of turkey wrapped in a very large piece of lettuce... Just horrible quality. One star because the staff was friendly. read more

This place is awesome I thought about it randomly cause I see the truck driving around on my way home all the time. I place the order for my friends and I and it literally was here in minutes! Price was cheap even after leaving a nice tip! Everytime I come here for a sandwich they messed my order up. I always ask for pickles and they never put them on.

Today I went through the drive-thru and ordered one sandwich meal. Their POS screens were frozen, and I sat in the drive thru waiting on my change and food for about 15 minutes. It was an unfortunate situation, but they handled it very professionally and even gave me a free 410 Calories in a triple chocolate chunk cookie. My entire family loves Jimmy John's. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I have been telling my husband for years that a sandwich shop should have a drive through. So needless to say, I was beyond ecstatic when I discovered this Jimmy John's location would have a drive-thru. Ate jimmy johns for the first and last time. Ive never had a sandwich more bland and boring than I did here. For the price I paid for a "big" sandwich I expected a lot more than a sandwich with only two junky pieces of turkey and the worst fake avacado spread. If I could rate this place lower I would. This is just one big disaster of school lunch meat, hard bread, and no toppings all for one big rip off of a price. I've tried this place two times now, and even with added on toppings, both sandwiches were the most plain tasting I've ever had in my life. And I'm saying that, already having low standards in food (I'll literally eat most things). I took a sandwich home and had to add mustard. And that mustard was the only decent flavor on the sandwich. First off, I shouldn't even have to add my own toppings. But it really crosses the line when the toppings I add were the best things on the sandwich. I was forced to eat at the restaurant (if I can even call it that) today, my second time trying it. And I have to say, the best thing there was the soda. Not only that, but the woman taking our order was so awkward and unwelcoming. I understand that people deal with things like social anxiety (I do myself) and maybe that's what she struggles with. So I'll let that slide. But then, she didn't even ask if we wanted to add toppings on the sandwich! If I were trying this the first time I would've had no idea that I could add on toppings. Personally, I think that should be addressed to every costumer that walks in. Other than that, I really don't know what to say. First time here and everyone was so nice!! Food was delish! Sandwiches were big and yummy!! Even my daughter who is 5 loved her ham and cheese sandwich! Not impressed whatsoever extremely dissatisfied. The sandwiches here are extremely worthless and a waste of hard-earned money. For what you're getting its way overpriced. I got a tuna sandwich slim #3 and it literally looks like a cat threw up and they put it on my sandwich. I even brought my husband so we could try multiple things on the menu he got the Italian Night Club he could not even finish it. The food has absolutely no flavor there's nothing special about the sandwiches like how Mr. Pickles has their special sauce that they put on all their sandwiches. Or how togos has a variety in season Meats or even Subway has a variety of sauces you can add. You can literally read a book through the slices of meat on their sandwiches. I spent over 30.00 for 4 sandwiches and you could have combined 2 of them to get 1 decent sandwhich. It's weird seeing the negative reviews left for this restaurant after having Jimmy John's for the first time at this particular location. The place is spotless, the food is of good quality(and fresh) and the staff is AMAZING. I asked for their recommendation on what to get since I've never been here and the gentleman working definitely knows his sandwiches. It was WONDERFUL. I understand you aren't getting a unique mom and pop shop experience because it is franchised but overall it was the service that sets this apart from any other franchise I've been to around here. I saw this place one day and told my wife we should eat there for lunch one day. About a week later, we went and ordered our food via drive thru. Got home and we were both very disappointed. My husband and I tried Jimmy John's for lunch today. We brought home a tuna sandwich for me and a turkey for him. I took one bite of my tuna sandwich and threw it in the trash. They use the cheap light tuna, not the white albacore. The rolls are somewhere between a hot dog bun and flatbread. It's tough and not good. My husband was kind enough to share his turkey sandwich with me, but we both agreed it was "edible" at best. The turkey is the over processed kind. Will not be going back ever. read more

Really 2.5 stars. I had never heard of Jimmy John's prior and was eager to check this sandwich shop out as soon as I saw it had opened (the place seemed to pop up out of nowhere overnight, lol). The staff was super friendly and very eager, greeting me from a distance as soon as I opened the door. After browsing the menu a few minutes, I ordered the #14 - Bootlegger Club, adding cheese and avocado. Made it a combo with chips & a drink, and the total came to over $13! Say what?! They made the sandwich so quickly that it was handed to me as soon as I finished filling my soda cup. So I immediately wondered if part of it was pre-made or if their sandwich makers are really that fast. Guess I had a different experience than the other reviewers. I've gone twice now and thought the sandwiches were excellent. The bread was really fresh and soft where it should be and just a bit crunchy at the ends and just the right size so you didn't feel like your sandwich was just bread. The meat was really good, the roast beef actually tasted like a good roast beef and the turkey was also good as well as the salami and capicola. We didn't have a hard time finding the meat as it was overflowing from the bread. They are a bit basic on on the toppings but you can add what you want. Nice atmosphere and amazingly fast. Also, I don't know who makes their chips, but they are some of the best I've had, a cross of regular and kettle chips. There were a few negatives for me; one they don't tell you if you want the sandwich to go, they charge for the bags, also they put a bit to much lettuce in their sandwich for my taste. Also it was freezing cold in the restaurant both times, they could be a little more in tune with that. Prices, they aren't the cheapest sandwich, but I've paid just as much at Togo's and Mr. Pickles, and Subway isn't far behind. read more

Good fresh and really fast. Prices are about average $7-$8 for a good sized sandwich. The roast beef is probably one of the best quality meats I've had from a convenient sandwich shop. I see a lot of reviews complaining about too much lettuce but they do have an option for EZ LETTUCE, which personally I prefer. (I'm not going to complain about something the customer has total control over.) I don't even remember what it was. Tonight my wife and I stopped by the drive thru as we were hungry and happened to be driving by. I got the turkey/cucumber/cream cheese/lettuce sandwich. There may have been something else too, but I'm not sure. As others have pointed out, they are heavy with the lettuce, so that's what stood out. It was very mediocre. My wife wanted a simple ham, mayo, mustard, and American cheese sandwich. Apparently this is too much to ask from a sandwich shop. They only have one kind of mustard (dijon) and one kind of cheese (provolone). I'm going with two stars because the employees were polite and nobody got sick. But with so many sandwich shops around, I don't see a reason to ever go back. If I'm in a pinch, even Subway is a half star or so better. read more
