Typically the unwhich is very good, even though they get a bit sloppy to eat near a he end. This last time they shorted me lettuce or didn't wrap it corrected. It is more of an open face unwhich. Someone is freaky fast because they created it wrong. read more

Unlike other JJ's, this one is repeatedly and excessively slow every time using drive thru. Last visit, I was only car in line. Was told to hang on at speaker, which lasted about 5 minutes. When I got to the window, no one came to window for 10 minutes, so I left. This seems to be a regular problem so plan on wasting some time. read more

The turkey tom is THE best sub, you need to try it. The bread is nice and buttery and the turkey is the highest quality EVER.

Just went to a jimmy johns and the parking lot was so full, we pulled around into another lot and i waited in the car while my husband went to check out what it was like inside. While I was in the car a man came and booted my car. I also found that the other man who was watching the entire thing was a Jimmy John's employee. I can't believe how little respect a Jimmy John's employee would have for a customer- to watch me get booted while I was in my car. The parking lot attendee proceeded to put me down for parking there and say that cause my intent was to go to Jimmy John's he had to boot me. This isn't about the money I had to pay, it's about the disrespect for customers. I will never visit Jimmy John's ever again. read more

Similar to other reviews I love JJ sandwiches but this is the worst run shop ever. Only the drive through is open. No issue with this. However VERY slow to process an order and you have to repeat it a few times and it is still wrong. The amount on my receipt is $3 less than what I was actually charged on my card. Do they add a tip or delivery charge when you pick up yourself? Sandwiches were fine but nothing else was. Challenged operation. read more

It's a typical, fun jimmy johns and the subs are usually always fresh. I say usually because there was one occasion where I ordered the lulu and there was something on the turkey like a clear goo. Pretty good sandwiches just wish they had gluten free bread. Plus they dont have miracle whip. Not a fan of helmans.

Jimmy Johns in Ludington, MI is just like any Jimmy Johns, however, if you expect to go out to lunch and have an hour to get food, may I suggest a different place. I've waited for the last 45 minutes and haven't even ordered. Now I assume they're short staffed today, which is fine, and if that's the case then I'm sorry. However, may I suggest they change their logo to something besides freaky fast, because they have been all but freaky fast recently. Let me start by saying I LOVE JIMMY JOHN'S. I go to Jimmy John's about once a week. This is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to. I called ahead. Went thur the drive through and waiting. They came to the window and said I would have to go around the building and stop at the speaker and say I'm here for my food. So I did. At the speaker they didn't ask who I was or my order. I waited in line about 15-20mins total only to get my food and pay. They never asked me my order or who I was. The stupidity is Beyond believe. What is the point of a calling ahead to wait in line. Idk. But then to be ask to go through twice is terrible customer service. So stupid. My food was fine but the other sandwiches I got for my family- were not good. The manager "Crowley" wasn't rude but not friendly and just as stupid as the employees by saying They said "well we don't know who you are --. If you don't stop at the speaker." Which apparently when you say "I'm here for food. " Is all the is required. No name or orders as give. DON'T waste your time. There are a lot of other choices nearby. And maybe you will not have to spend minutes of your life on stupidity for a mediocre or crappy sandwich. This is the very first review i have done. Motivated by terrible service. read more

Went here for lunch today. I love Jimmy John's! Probably eat at other locations at least once a week... The sub herewas extremely disappointing. I always order the veggie number six - usually it comes loaded with veggies. The sub had three incredibly thin slicea of tomato three incredibly slim slices of cucumber with barely even a handful of lettuce. It was basically like eating just the bread. Needless to say - I was pretty disappointed. Hopefully the next time somebody orders a veggie sub they be set up with a few more veggies! read more

I literally never leave reviews but I had to this time. I put a delivery order in for my coworkers and I at 12:30, and by 2:40 it STILL hadn't arrived. Both times I called they pretty much told me they were super busy and it would be there asap. On 8/6/20, we used the app to order and pay for 2 little john sandwiches. When we got in line for the drive thru there was a sign that they had no salami or capicola, so we suggested that they duplicate the turkey sub on our order. They took that info and we sat in line for about 15 min before we got to the window. During that time, I got a phone call from a dude asking how we wanted to change our order. When we got to the window, we were instructed to wait by the front of the store. We sat there for probably another 10 minutes, while vehicle after vehicle piled up in line, not moving. when I called to ask where our food was, it was like the first time they had heard about it. Finally we recvd our sandwiches, and they were completely wrong, and they tasted awful! The whole process took 25 minutes !! Freaky fast? I think not.
