Do not shop at this store; save yourself the hassle. I purchase a jacket at the store on Fulton Street in Bed-Stuy. They told me they don't do returns there you have to go to store on Fulton Street in downtown Brooklyn which I already knew because this happened once before. I went to this store in downtown Brooklyn, they didn't have this jacket so getting another size was. It an option and I saw nothing else I wanted. I told the one sales associate and she right away said you have to return at the original store, when I was trying to hear her because I knew this wasn't true she got the assistant manager who said the same thing at first then when he realized I knew this wasn't true the story changed to the credit card machine wasn't working for returns. All Lies.... Then he didn't even want to try and after me complaining several times he agrees to try but never gets to point of my trying my card. And of course I can't see what he's doing so I'm sure he wasn't trying to process it correctly. Bottom line. Once they get you to purchase something they want to lock you in and won't abide by their own return policy. Why lie just say from the start that you don't accept returns. Save yourself of the time and drama DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS. read more
