We were greeted when we arrived but when I wanted to look at a backpack, security made sure to be in my vicinity quickly and watch me. I thought to myself that I knew I wasn't going to spend any money at this location. The layout is the same as other LV stores but again the selection leaves you wanting. This was again disappointing but after speaking with the sales associate she explained there wasn't a demand for products other than canvas products. Overall, you can skip this location because it's basic with little selection. Also if you're visiting then understand that it's possible less expensive to buy back home since the sales tax is 11.5%. I called your customer service to verify if they had any information on order and they said that it seems that the order got lost that was about the September12, DSW customer service advice me that they will make a new order and send it overnight service and I will get a tracking number which was never send to me. Since there was no information I called customer service again and thiey advice me that they miss the cutoff time for Fedex and they will have to ship my order the next day. So I continue contacting the customer service and every time I called I got a different story. I decided to talk to a customer service supervisor. Her name is Sophia she advice me that she will make sure that the order ships overnight on September 20 and she will send me a new tracking number, guess what it didn't happen. Sophia did not send me any information. So no shoes yet and you guys still have my money.. Then I called later in the day the customer service and spoke to supervisor Ronna she advice that my order will be ship as regular shipment, it will take 4 to 7 business days and I will get the tracking number as soon as it ships Today September 26, I called your customer service and they advice me that my order haven't been ship yet and they have no information when will it leave the warehouse. So I requested a supervisor again. Got a called from your corporate office 1 866 379-7463 phone number, supervisor named Deshawn. She advice me that DSW doesn't have my sandals available they are out of stock, but on September 04 they surely were available and you immediately charged my CC , so I when ahead and opened my DSW app and they were available in black and tan in size 6, I asked Deshawn why does it shows on the app they are available, Deshawn informed that the website shows one information and what DSW have in stock is another information, so when you buy shoes online just pray you will get them. I am asking myself so DSW sells shoes online and they are not in stock? Deshawn also said there is nothing she could do about that, only give me a refund. Which she never did, as of this day DSW has my money and I have no shoes , nothing has been done. It seems to me that nobody in this company cares about helping, they just sell shoes what about the customers, once you are out the door or they get your credit card charged online that's is it. This lady Deshawn which she gives herself the title of supervisor she couldn't care less, she really didn't want to help or simply didn't care neither had any concerned of what I've been waiting for my sandals and having all this inconvenience. Deshawn the "supervisor" to make worst said to me "it's taking longer because Puerto Rico is a remote place and it takes longer to get through to places, like this Beautiful Island is a farm no civilian's.
