We did investigate other roofing firms, but Cervantes was the only one that came up with a plan to fix a certain problem we were having. They came and replaced our entire roof in one day. They work very hard and are incredible. We even got new gutters through a business associated with Cervantes. They did our garage, too. Great job. Labor is guaranteed for one year. We also asked for a full replacement quote since our roof was over 15 years old and looking wore out . He did a very thorough inspection and explained everything including that the ventilation had some issues too . He tarped it and sent over estimates the same day . We went with the full replacement and they also fix our ventilation problems . The quote seemed more than fair for the work and products .
