Wow! I'm impressed. I just spent 1h 20m with a legitimate guide who is in touch with both the spirit realm and his client. I recorded the whole session and can't wait to hear the playback. This was by far the worst reading that I have ever had. So bad, that a few months later I am still so upset by the money wasted that I had to write a review. I've had palm, tarot and numerology readings from several different readers across the country, as well as in the Philippines and I've been happy with most. From past experiences, as well as Yelp reviews, my expectations were high. To say that I am disappointed with the reading is an understatement. To begin with, my initial impression was that Jim was rather unprofessional. Not only could I see all the dirty dishes piled up in his kitchen, but he answered the door in his bare feet. I already felt slightly uncomfortable attending a reading in someone's home. I wish that I would not have ignored the bad feeling I had about this situation and turned around and left immediately. The reading started off fine, with a general summary of my numerology. While this is pretty standard for a psychic visit, it went on much longer than I am used to. When I say general summary, I mean that he literally could have been reading verbatim from the horoscopes in the back of the newspaper or a magazine. While some of his observations were accurate, I am undoubtedly a Virgo, so the general characteristics that he pointed out were ones that I am familiar with. Then he finally moved into the Tarot reading. Now if anyone has ever been to a good psychic, they know that the reader is supposed to go through your cards and ask you "Does that sound familiar?" or similar questions to confirm that the reading they are giving you is accurate. Through the entire reading, not one time did Jim make any remark that was specific towards my life. Instead, he constantly asked me questions like he thought he was a therapist. Only he doesn't have a degree in counselling and that was not what I was there for. When I indicated that I was not entirely happy with the reading because it was pretty off point and incredibly vague, he suggested that I am looking for extrinsic validation of something that I need to figure out intrinsically. What a waste of money. Save yourself $65. Instead, I suggest you go to Walgreen's, buy a Cosmo, flip to the back and read your horoscope. It will probably be more accurate. read more

I have visited with Jim 2x in about 2 years. Jim makes a copy of the reading and after about a year, I listenened and started to think of the guidance and information that had been presented with a full astrological chart, runes, angel card and the use of the Tarot. I do remember walking away the first time thinking, lots of information, but really anything I could use. I can honestly say through validation there were some important insights as well as images conveyed that were quite accurate. Remeber, I only kept this recording due to thinking, well maybe it had some use. I normally do not write reviews but I felt I needed to thanks to the helpful insights Jim provided me. I went to two readings prior to him and even though my first instinct was to go see him i tried two that was in a store front with a big sign. Although they were a little right they wanted to do a cleansing and charge me 350 to 375 luckily I read up on that before going. I finally made an appointment with Jim. As I was approaching I notice where he worked and what was around and that has a certain meaning to me because of what happen in my life. When I got there I rang the door bell and heard someone yell hold on a min. To my surprise the door bell didn't ring and it was not Jim that said it. He tested the door bell and it worked fine for him. Maybe I was not meant to go in at that time. But his instinct told him to look outside and he saw me waiting. We go in and he explained to me what my numerology was and that I was on the cusp which I knew but he enlighten me more. I did not tell him why I was there all I said was I wanted a reading to see where I am at in my life at this time. He told me that the cards will guide us to the questions we needed answers too. He started the reading and told me my story exactly how it was and he was so dead on. He told me what to expect and how to handle it. My girlfriend basically used me and not intentionally but she did to leave the state and get married. He told me that the worst is over and things are unraveling at this time that she has realized she made a mistake and will contact me soon and admit she was wrong. My friend ended up becoming friends with her on Facebook and found out that she is extremely homesick and missing her family. She is really close to them and they are upset she left. So I know the family still likes me and they know I still care. But last night her sister reached out to me to see if I can help them out financially as they have lost a few things because they could not afford it. Even since my girlfriend left they have had so money issues. She asked if i could cover my girlfriend portion of the rent. She is my ex now but I do not like calling her that in this post as I do not feel it is appropriate. This was the other thing that has happen that Jim told me it would. I know all that was said between her sister and I would get back to her. By me saying no and I am sorry that i cant help will send the message that they need her here. I know that because how close they are and it will make her realize more the impact her decision had has affected a lot more than she thought. I am waiting on her to contact me next and that should be within the next week or so and when that happen then that means Jim called it again. So if anyone is wanting honest answer not wanting to be scammed call Jim as he is the real thing. I put trust in him as he has given me the advice that was needed to get through what i am going through. Now keep in mind I went and saw Jim 1 May 2015 so its only been 1 week so far.
