We called to schedule a date for power-washing shortly after the estimate, and they did not answer the phone. They called back over a week later, leaving a message stating that there was availability in a couple of weeks. When calling back the very next day to lock in the time, Ken said that he didn't want to work on our house anymore! Completely disrespectful! Do not suggest a date to clean our decks if you "aren't interested" less than 24 hours later! He also said on the phone that he had larger places lined up... How condescending! DO NOT use this company! Maybe then he won't treat people with smaller decks with such disrespect.
