It was an unexpected major expense, but the septic tanks (2 not 1) needed to be pumped as they hadn't been pumped in decades. At first, my dad and I were skeptical and thought it was a simple drain issue, but after they located and dug up the two septic tanks, we discovered that they were indeed full. The guys did also check the drain pipes (my dad insisted) but they were clear except the one drain pipe coming from the bathroom, which was corroded and had collapsed. On the day of he was almost an hour late saying he confused the appt with another customer. In looking at the reviews it seems that he's often late. He dropped off two guys then left. Never did he mention that it wasn't him doing the work. I am a female, and would have preferred not to be alone with two men. The guys tear up the concrete, and a few hours later Christian is back with an update on what's going on and what needs to be done. But it seemed his agenda was to get me to replace the entire plumbing in the house. A job that cost 5 times more. At least 30 mins he tried to explain to me the advantage of doing this. I just needed the leak fixed now as it's been leaking pretty badly for days. So I declined to replace all the plumbing. The fix took about a day. Despite all the pretty pictures the owner shares, his employees did not leave the area in great condition. There was a lot of concert dust and pieces left. The wall behind the toilet was torn up, which it was never explained to me that this would be done and that I'd need to hire someone else to fix it. Don't do what I did and go with the first quote. Get at least 3 and read the bad reviews. There is some similarity.
