Little to her knowledge ADA states that as long as the dog is clearly marked, trained, and does not exhibit any bad behavior a business can not deny a service dog what so ever. She did apologize but it is the point of the staffs lack of knowledge.

My wife called Kenton Drivers office and got an emergency number. We called him and, within 10 minutes, I was in his office being helped. I should add that this was an important Kansas football day, but he raced over to help me anyway. My wife and I have used his office for many years and I would strongly, strongly recommend him to anyone.
