I have nothing to compare this experience with but Jill is great! She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and made sure that she provided me with all the information that I wanted to know, patiently. I wanted to get the thicker lashes but she recommended the thinner ones (less expensive) because my lashes were too fine. Some people would push you into getting the more expensive ones, but not her. She would tell you what she thinks is a better option for you. It was uncomfortable having to lie still with your eyes closed almost the entire thing but she was constantly checking on me, and even told me that if i needed a break, just let her know.. WOW!!! Shes very accommodating. I LOVE my lashes, got a lot of compliments. She made this first experience great, and if I go somewhere for lashes ( I doubt I will) her service would be very hard to top! read more

Love the lashes! She is professional, sweet, knowledgeable, and I will be back again. It is a small room that is comfortable and perfect for Jill to work her magic in. My lashes are traditional thin Asian lashes. They have been damaged by wearing strip lashes everyday and scrubbing my eyes after a long day at work. So I just had my eyebrows done by this lady, I found her on yelp and thought she had decent reviews, I wasn't completely sure about her work based on the pictures. But I made the appointment and went to go get my eyebrows done, I was so excited that I would no longer have to spend 20 minutes trying to get my eyebrows to look amazing because I'm very particular with my eyebrows, I want the closes to perfection. So I got them done. First of all it was not just micro blading, like I have seen other places do, she also uses powder. I'm so angry that I went with her just because she was closer and I'm so angry that I didn't leave once I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she drew on me something completely different from what I normally do but I guess I felt she was nice enough to care about what she was about to do to my eyebrows but the reality is she is not very good. I'm not happy with the color, is too dark the shape is not perfect one side is a little off. Maybe with time her technique will get better but I'm not going back to her. She's not good, I would advice to do research before you get anything done on you're self. I can't wait for my eyebrows to wear off so I can go get them done somewhere else. read more

Not sure why this is my first time reviewing JC Lashes. I first started going to Jillian in 2012 and I've been hooked ever since. I texted her late Thursday afternoon requesting an AM appointment that Friday(Valentine's weekend). She only had slots available Saturday and that didn't fit my schedule. I told her thanks and I would have to come next week. About ten mins later she text saying I could come at 8:15am. Just finished my lashes and I'm in LOVE. She knows the correct length for you, is fast but super precise. I never feel the glue while she's placing the lashes, and it never feels like I have rocks on my eyes after. I won't trust anyone else with my lashes! She is amazing at her craft! read more

I came to see Jill after reading her reviews on YELP. When I walked into the salon, it was a dingy hole in the wall. There was no receptionist so I had no idea if I was even in the right place. I sat on the couch in the waiting area and just waited for someone to come out. My appointment was at 1:30, I even had a text message from her confirming the appointment time from the day before. After I waited for about 30 minutes, I text her but didn't receive a response. After waiting for about 45 minutes, I decided to leave and as I was in my car, Jill text me saying she thought my appointment was at 2:30. I told her that we confirmed at 1:30 and she apologized saying it was a mix up. However, even though she apologized, I still had to wait more! My 1:30 appointment turned into a 3:00 appointment. I stayed because I didn't want to make another appointment the next day since I was leaving town that weekend. So...that was just about the customer service. The actual extensions weren't that great either. The glue was too chunky and I could feel the glue when I closed or batted my eyes. The cost was about 100 I believe. I can't really remember since it was about a month ago. I would suggest going to a more professional and clean salon. read more

Loved the end result of my phibrows! Jillienne is very nice and does little work at a time to make sure we have the perfect end result just right. It is dark the first time during the first 3-4 days, but it's all part of the healing process and takes time to get it right, which she will make sure to achieve. It is a process, so if it's your very first session getting phibrows, you may have to go back a couple times to fill In any spots missed... in my opinion seems normal before you get the perfect brow. Jill was amazing! I had horrible horrible lashes done over the weekend. It looked like I had fuzzy catepillars growing on my eyes and worse, they hurt! Everytime I closed my eyes it felt like needles were poking me. I tried everything at home to take them off and had no luck, I was about to pull them out when Jill came to the rescue. She was super sweet and had the lashes off in 30 minutes. She even texed me a few days later to see how I was doing (now that is customer service!) I just had my lashes done with Jill yesterday and I have to say she is the BEST. I did my extension with someone else, she told me it's going to take 1hour to get it done but it ended up taking 2 hours because the way my lashes grows. Another problem with previous extension was it made my eyes itchy and about one week later, I only have half lashes left. Trust me, I went to the one with lots of good reviews. The lady was very nice and patient. But I have to say, Jill's skill is much much better(she has 3 years of experience). Jill is ON TIME, constantly asking if there is anything making me uncomfortable, and I hardly feel anything during the whole process. She got my lash done in an hour and the result is AMAZING! I love it! I will have my extension done by Jill only from now on. read more
