She is always learning and trying her hardest to learn anything and everything about houses and how to best to be a great at being a realtor for you. She was honest for us and if she didn't know the answer to a question we ask her she always made it a priority to find the answer and got back to us as fast as she could. She be came more like family to us. When we even put a offer on a house that was listed with a different realtor. Jill helped us come up with a fair offer and did all the paper work. She becomes family and she haves your back! I cant stress that enough! She was available even on Sundays which surprised me because most are not available. She took her time explaining every little thing on the papers we were signing so there was no surprises. I did ask her several times what her thought on every house and she gave her honest opinions.
