I have consistently received poor service with Whitecap. For example:…read more- Replaced a heater fan. The new fan is extremely loud and vibrates. The original fan was quiet and never rumbled like this. - I have a smashed side mirror. They said they would order the part and call me when it's in, but never did. - Brought a vehicle in for service and full inspection. The vehicle had an obviously low, nearly flat tire. They claimed the inspection was completed, yet the tire was still low and there was no mention of it. - Brought a vehicle in to repair weather stripping that fell off. They pulled off a different piece of weather stripping on the same door that was already firmly attached, glued it, and replaced it. When I picked up the vehicle the damaged weather stripping was still hanging under the closed door dragging on the ground. They claimed they did not see. To their credit they did not charge additional fees to glue the correct weather strip. - I could not find the block heater cord on a new vehicle. A mechanic found the cord and unwrapped it. I asked why it was so short and was told that's just how GM makes them. A few years later I opened the hood to take the cord out at the beginning of winter and the hood would no longer close. They told me the cord was physically blocking the hood, which is absolutely untrue. They said the cord has some fraying and recommended I replace the entire block heater to the tune of over $400. I asked if it still worked and they said they didn't know. When I asked for clarification the service manager became defensive and told me to pick up the vehicle. I could not get a straight answer about why the problem happened or how I could avoid it happening again. When I picked up the vehicle the block heater cord is now 4-6 inches longer, suggesting it was tangled on something deeper in the engine. The head of the cord had damage that was not there before I brought the vehicle in. I'm not a complainer. I get that mistakes happen and I don't like to make a fuss. For most of these issues I just let it go. I've been frustrated at times but I've never been rude with them and I've always paid the bills. I shouldn't have to put on a performance to get the service I pay for. The 2nd star is because most of the front line staff has been very friendly. Unfortunately due to poor service and the unhelpful attitude of the service manager I will no longer deal with this business.

He talk to me like woth bad behavior and said we forget and now we dont have time , come next time for car wash, i pay 610$ for everything, But he not completely done his service, It was his mistake but I had to bear it.
