The shop its self is so tiny, not very pushchair friendly at all, barely room to swing a cat but theres plenty of stock and prices are great. a fantastic shop for the perfect gift

This man took my engagement ring to replace the diamond. What I got back was a squashed ruined…read moremess. Wonky casing withdrips if metal all over the ring. The other diamonds were covered in metal also. When I complained I was treated like a complete idiot. I was told the ring was fine and "what did I know about jewelry" he also leant over the counter and laughed in my face while I was crying. He told me my "so called £300 ring wasn't worth anything".... So he's got a crying woman with a ruined engagement ring and as a jeweller he's telling me to shut up as its not worth his time! He took my ring back to "fix" the damage I was insisting he'd caused..... He took the replacement diamond out (along with 2 others) refunded my repair money and left me with an unwearable engagement ring, due to how squashed and damaged it is.

Every offer was over what Cash Converters offered but by far the offer of £296.00 from Castle Jewellers was the highest. Also Castle jewellers offered this price first time were as others said if we were offered more they would increase it. It is like people saying that we are ripping you off so if you get more we will not rip you off by as much. Very dodgy firm keep clear.

Great shop for all those big xmas pressi's…read more my mum collects tusker elephants and of course samuels is the best and only place i will buy them from! great prices on all items in the store, normally a offer or 2 to be had around xmas time and makes some great xmas pressi's guaranteed to put a smile on some faces! the store is pretty big really, very much open plan and pushchair friendly too. staff are great, helpful and polite. a must visit several times a year lol
