First of all, they worked with us on the date (we were under a fairly tight timeframe), doubling up one week-end to accommodate us. They were very clear when we met with them about how their estate sales are managed. They exceeded our expectations at every level. We could not have been more pleased throughout the entire process. I cannot think of one thing that could have been handled better. Based on our experience, this is not just a business for Andrew and Jane; they sincerely want to help people during what can be a stressful time.

This companies inexperienced appraisers compared my brand new house to 3 other houses in the area that are over 15 years old. Of course there is going to be a price difference when you are comparing my new house to houses that are over decade old, houses that need to be gutted and remodeled, houses that have tile countertops and vinyl floors. Then you have the gull to delay your review of appraisal to over a week! This company has no business giving appraisals.

The appraiser Kim Ranson used 2 comps from a slum 3 miles away across the freeway! unbelievable!!!! All of the comps where not in gated neighborhoods like mine. She used no houses from my neighborhood. My neighborhood has many houses being sold and it even has a builder controlled hoa which she was wrong about as well. She put the wrong number of bedrooms even though she had the pictures of the correct number! wow unbelievable. They were quick to take the money to do a terrible job!
