From the start, communication with Johnny was easy and straightforward. He was responsive, clear, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated. What stood out most was the care and attention to detail. They didn't rush through the job every part of the pavers was thoughtfully cleaned, and the difference in our home's exterior is honestly amazing. Everything looks so much brighter and refreshed. I always thought our red bricks were a dark crimson color but it was actually a bright red color that Johnny and his crew brought to light. They were very professional and walked me through the steps and made suggestions of what was necessary or not. They came one day for the washing which made a huge difference already and another day for the sealing. This will last for awhile and all my neighbors were commenting on how clean everything looked. Rupert Reid is the owner and he did the wonderful (above and beyond) job of power washing our home. Our home has not been power washed in over 10 years. When I tell you my house looks brand new I am not lying. He was professional and paid attention to detail. So much so I didn't even recognize my steps leading to the backyard. I asked for Power Washing for my home, Rupert not only did my home, he splendidly did my steps and decks!. That's right two decks front and back. The price could not be beat. We hesitated doing this work for years because of the crazy prices in Westchester. Trust me he gave us an unbeatable low rate and he and his crew was worth every dime. I highly highly recommend Hydro Wash Inc. to power wash your home, deck, patio, fence. They were awesome. He is a gracious business man, no sneaky hidden fees, no nickle and dime, true honest work. Excellent!

The dead green matter disintegrates and falls off over a period of almost 6 months. So my suggestion would be to get this done early in spring and let summer do the rest. After 6 months, I am extremely happy with the results.
