Good people - attend carefully to the reviews regarding how you will be treated in an emergency by…read morethis practice. Ours is not the only bad experience. Open moving to the area the year and a half ago, we had a brief but positive experience with this practice and our young cat James. We have not needed their services since. However, just recently, in an emergency situation with a suffering animal in a crate, I was berated and belittled by the front office staff for bringing an animal - a patient of theirs - in without an appointment following a wild animal attack over the weekend. In spite of the fact that we had emailed ahead, and that she had read that email, I cannot adequately express the level of dismissiveness and rudeness, the lack of compassion and unprofessional demeanor of this person. While we understand that there are limitations in a busy practice, especially in emergencies, and that we may have had to wait to be served, it is shocking to me that anyone in that situation could've acted so heartlessly. We will not continue to be clients of this practice, nor would we recommend it to anyone else.

I called…read morefor an emergency visit for my beloved pet and not only were they going to charge me $200 to hold my appointment but I was abruptly hung up on because I had a past due bill I had no clue existed. I was willing to pay said bill and pay whatever needed to be paid to have my pet treated but no, I was hung up on. they must not care about animals very much if they're willing to let a pet suffer and possibly die over a bill from over 20 years ago. again I had no clue it was owed and I was fully willing and ready to pay it in full before they treated my pet. I don't recommend them at all and if I could give less than one star I would. THEY SUCK !

In this time, I've trained and boarded my own dogs with her on many occasions. Sandra is extremely knowledgeable and always has the dogs' best interests at heart. Over the years, she's taken foster dogs from shelters and private individuals to give them a new lease on life through training and placement, she's established herself as a trainer of solid, amazing service dogs, and she's helped countless pets and their owners. She's helped the local 4H dog program, trained many new handlers for their debuts in various dog sports, and cheered on those who trained with her throughout their dog sport experiences. Sandra is honest, sometimes bluntly so, and some people take offense to it - but it's necessary when working with dogs, especially dogs that are reactive or aggressive. She's also an excellent problem solver, tailoring her program and approach to the needs of each individual dog. Sandra brings not only her lifetime of experience (she grew up in a dog sport home), her own continuing training and seminar attendance with others to further her knowledge, and ha willingness to adapt her approach to the individual dog that you won't find with any big box store, training chain, or less experienced trainers in this area.

It took 24 hours for him to even show any sign of life. I waited 2 days before writing this because I was so angry. But in the end, I feel I need to warn people to reconsider before trusting their baby's care with these folks.
