I read all of her reviews and gave her a call. She definitely lives up to her reputation. She was so easy to work with and explained everything as we went along. She gave us a timeline of when she thought it would sell (3 wks) and how much it would sell for and she was exactly right! She is amazing, and the Best in Texoma. After we sold our house, we were going to need a realtor in the Wylie/Sachse area so I called Lisa to see if she knew someone. As it turned out, she had a new employee named Rhonda McClure who lived in Sachse, and we worked with her to find our new home. Rhonda knew the area so well and was also amazing to work with. We were comfortable with her from the time we met and developed a real friendship. She has great attention to detail, but lots of patience as we looked at many properties. We never felt pressured or hurried. She really wanted to help us to find "our" home, and we did. Rhonda has since moved and is working in the Sherman office. We are thankful for our great experience with Easy Life Realty. Whether you need to sell or buy, you should give them a call.

They were our selling agent for our old house and our buying agent for our new house and they did a great job on both accounts in my opinion. We have dealt with several realtors in the past and I always felt they were a "necessary but unwelcome evil" and Jenel and Joe completely changed my mind on that. They added value to our buying and selling process and i personally recommend them to everyone I know personally.

After working with her, I would recommend her for her professionalism, too. She is top notch!

Sharmy was the best decision we made when my fiancé and I decided to move to Dallas. While living…read morein Kentucky, we decided to trust Sharmy to help us in our first home-buying experience from over 800 miles away... She exceeded all expectations! Obviously, buying our first home was a little nerve-racking. So, we really wanted to find an agent with experience in the industry and a history of success with remote purchases. We found that in Sharmy. From the very start, Sharmy put our minds at ease. It was obvious that her top priority was to make sure we had the best possible experience. Throughout the process, she ran around all of the greater Dallas area with a smile and "Happy to help" attitude. In this market, I know it had to be exhausting for her to run around showing tons houses for us... While also teaching a couple "first-timers" things that we needed to know. However, she did it all gracefully. She made it seem like she wasn't even breaking a sweat. She was patient with us over the first few weeks while we figured out where we could compromise and what was actually important to us. She worked with us as we adjusted our criteria over time. Through the process, she intuitively helped us discover what was going to make us happy long-term. Sharmy is truly in the business to HELP her clients. If you're nervous about buying from another state, Sharmy will FaceTime you while showing houses and answer any questions you may have. She takes feedback well and learns your needs with each interaction. Additionally, if a house smells bad... she'll tell you it smells bad. If an area doesn't have a great resale value... she'll tell you up front. If she wouldn't touch a house with a 20 ft. pole because of an issue that stands out to her... she'll tell you! I love that she puts the negatives out there just as quickly as she tells you the things she sees as positive. She clearly thinks about your long-term satisfaction... she's not just trying to close a deal. Sharmy is an agent you can trust. You'll be happy you did!

Todd is an exceptional agent…read more I've lived in several major metropolitan areas in the U.S. throughout my life, and service in Dallas has been more hit and miss than in any other major city I've ever lived in. Why? I'm not sure. Maybe it's just super hot in Dallas and people just can't be bothered to work all that hard. Maybe it's because people here just earn less on average and so they don't have the financial incentive to put in as much work. Whatever the reason is, I've honestly found it quite difficult to find high-quality professionals here who take pride in their work. Todd is one of the few I've worked with in my 5+ years of living in this city who really stand out. He's just an all-around consummate professional. Todd has an incredible depth of industry knowledge and general housing experience that he draws from that he used to guide my wife and I throughout our first home purchase at the beginning of September. And in the rare instance that he didn't know something, he always took the time to research it and follow-up as soon as he could. But even more important for me was Todd's humility and integrity. While real-estate agents are often seen as simple salespeople, Todd never came a cross as salesy whatsoever. He would always try to remain impartial, objective, and honest, even if that meant compromising his own bottom line. I could see Todd's integrity a mile away, which is why I felt comfortable trusting him with a transaction of this size. While I don't know for certain, I think I'm pretty safe in guessing that Todd is quite well off. He's not desperate for business and he does a significant volume of large transactions annually. This is extremely important when considering a real estate agent because the more desperate they are, the more likely they'll do whatever it takes to close a deal, even at your expense. At the same time, you don't want to work with an agent who is too absorbed in their own success that they can't bother to spend any time with you. Todd is truly that rare mix of humility, integrity, experience, and detail orientation that makes for the perfect real estate agent. I started this homebuying process thinking real-estate agents are just people who pick up the phone, talk a bunch of nonsense, and collect a handsome check after doing effectively nothing, and left on closing day absolutely certain that I would not have been able to do this without Todd. I highly recommend him and am happy to share more details about my experience if you want to reach out.
