I wouldnt send my worst enemy to these lying con-artists. You all will face the karma you deserve…read morefor what you did. I took my car here when a engine light warning came on. They charged me $374 to fix the cam shaft accuator. Less than 30 days later, my car literally EXPLODED driving down the highway. I had it towed to a shop where the guy told me the cam shaft actuator was installed wrong and it would be roughly $320 to fix it. I called these people and politely asked them to stand by their work. They gave me a song and dance about how they stand behind their name, they are good people, blah, blah. So they keep my car 8 full days bc the owner told me he a vacation planned (all the whole I had to pay rental car fees $569). He said he would honor it and make sure I didn't pay any parts. Well, I go to pick up my car and they are charging me ANOTHER $579 $260 OF WHICH IS PARTS.Tgey admitted they f'ed up the first time and didn't fix a part in the engine that needs replaced w the cam shaft accuator. When I politely asked why I was being charged again for parts his TOTAL B daughter treated me like scum. So they F'ed me out of $1500 total between car rental, and charging me for the same job twice. KARMA IS RWAL F*ING YOU KNOW WHAT AND THIS IS A SMALL TOWN. I'M GOING TO TELL EVERYONE My car is a new model, low mileage car too.

If your car every breaks down in the middle of no-where Sam is your guy they did a great job. Thanksread more

It's been a little while since we purchased our vehicle, but I wanted to take some time before…read moreleaving a review so I could give a level-headed and honest account of our experience. Unfortunately, I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Seth Wadley, especially as a woman. My husband and I went in looking at vehicles and had been speaking a a salesman for a few days. We expressed we'd need to have a good trade in on our current car to make the switch. They called and I explained that I lived about 30 minutes away and would only be coming in to bring my current vehicle in so they could evaluate it and let me know what they would offer us for a trade-in. I was specifically told over the phone that this would be fine. When we arrived, however, we were immediately pressured into buying the vehicle and signing paperwork. I explained again that we were there to have my vehicle evaluated and that we were not necessarily there to purchase that day. Instead, I was met with, "Then why did you even come here?" We were repeatedly told how "great" the vehicle was and what a good financial investment it would be. Eventually, we purchased the vehicle. The offered a great deal for trade in. During the financing process, I was extremely uncomfortable with the way I was treated. The finance representative would barely acknowledge me or even look at me. While my husband was speaking with our salesman, the finance representative would put paperwork down in front of my husband and tell him to sign it with no explanation of what it was he was signing. Whenever I interrupted to ask what he was signing or to get clarification, the finance representative became visibly irritated. I can't speak for anyone else's experience, but as a woman who was also purchasing a vehicle, I felt completely dismissed and talked over throughout the process. To be fair, they did give us a great trade-in value, and that is genuinely the only positive thing I can say about the actual car buying experience. They also offer free oil changes, which is another positive. Unfortunately, our experience with the vehicle itself has been a completely different story. The moment we got into the vehicle after purchasing it, in the lot, my 12-year-old found a needle in the very back of the vehicle. About a month and a half later, the body control module went out and left us stranded with my oldest out of town at camp. Between a rental car, towing, parts, and labor, we had to come up with approximately $6,000 to get the vehicle back on the road. We ultimately had to pull money from our retirement accounts to cover the expense. Then the trunk stopped working and still does not work. With three kids, this has been incredibly inconvenient. Shortly after that, our transmission went out. The vehicle we were repeatedly told was such a "great" car and a good financial investment has ended up being an extremely expensive one for our family. We have a $670 monthly car payment, on top of the thousands of dollars we've had to spend on repairs. I understand that buying a used vehicle always comes with some level of risk, and I don't expect a dealership to predict every mechanical issue a vehicle may eventually have. However, when you combine the way we were pressured into the purchase, the way I was treated during financing, finding a needle in the vehicle immediately after purchase, and the significant mechanical problems we've experienced shortly afterward, I cannot honestly say that I would recommend this dealership or this vehicle buying experience to others. We personally will not purchase another vehicle from Seth Wadley.
