On their first day, she and her team arrived *exactly* on time, which was a was a good sign but it was only the beginning. They got to work immediately, vacuuming and scrubbing the house from top to bottom. I was impressed with just how thorough and efficient they were. I don't know how they did it so well, but the areas around the burners on our stove haven't sparkled this much in years! Every floor was spotless, bathrooms were immaculate, and the house just feels good to be in. Also, they cleaned surfaces but left the papers on our tables alone. This is a HUGE deal for us. Some cleaning services will stack and combine papers, leaving a big headache to sort out after they leave. Inna's team kept things organized just as they had found them. That was really appreciated. I had no problem moving around in there, and it was very busy when I went. Another nice feature is they have different size machines in each aisle so I could have my small and medium sized loads right next to each other. Dryers work great. The staff is very friendly. The place is clean and the owners said that one of them is there at all times. They also have something I have never seen at a laundromat before...they give the customer the choice of using a prepaid laundry card or quarters.
