Working with John, Vinnie and Marty made us feel like we were working with friends who had our best interest at heart. The communication was excellent and we felt comfortable that we were able to call on anyone of them to address our questions and concerns at any time. We never felt like any issue we brought up was too much. We appreciated the calm feeling that they had everything under control. We are very happy with the design of our new space as well as the quality and workmanship that went into everything. We appreciated how Vaccaro Brothers went above and beyond with all of the little details to enhance the final project. The crew did an amazing job and were a pleasure to work with. Our project was completed in a timely fashion and we were ecstatic with the outcome. Dana was a huge help In choosing all of the details. She was very patient as we came back time and time again to look at different cabinets, tile, hardware etc. We shopped around extensively prior to choosing Vaccaro Brothers and found them to not only be fairly priced, but an amazing value given the quality of the finished product and the service they provided. We wholeheartedly recommend working with Vaccaro Brothers!

I usually don't make reviews on yelp. I read some unfair reviews. I was totally impressed with them…read moreand I'm not easy to please. John the owner came out once to see the job. Office staff was very helpful. Then met me there a week later. It's my summer house. He was very professional and helpful. Where my other quote made it seem like a pain of a job, John made me feel like no big deal. Its a house on a lagoon. He had to run the fence down the side of house and up and over the dock. My reason for getting fence was to keep my dogs in the back yard. It had to have no gaps on the dock or the yard where fence meets the ground. His installers were professional and very nice and really did a great job on the dock part which was different levels. Was not a straight shot to the dock. Hard to explain on paper. Installation was perfect. They came back a week later to install gates which had to be made after fence was done. I had concern about one thing after I paid my balance. They came back promptly and adjusted it. They not only cleaned up there mess but cleaned up a few things that had nothing to do with the fence. There price was was also very fair.
