We are in the middle of a fence installation at my home. To put it mildly it is a nightmare. We…read morebooked this project in the Winter with Carl's Fence. The salesperson, John was very friendly and we seemed to think he was accommodating. We waited weeks to obtain the permit until we finally went to the town ourselves and got the permit the next day. I then called Carl's to let them know we had the permit. I was told by Samantha I could only have Friday..either this Friday or next Friday??!!! What's with that?? I think I know. Yesterday a truck arrives and it is fence installation day..however it is a subcontractor which we never were told about. If I wanted another company that's who I would have called! These 3 men started at 8:45 in the morning. Needless to say the job did not go seamlessly! At 9:15 pm they were still not done..they were working in the dark, music blaring and hammering. They left at 10:15 pm. My property is a mess, there is stuff thrown all over. My sprinkler pipes are exposed but most importantly the fence looks hideous. There are gaps everywhere, the doors are ill fitting etc. They were supposed to return today but so far, it's a no show! Do not use this company if you want a good job done for alot of money..$$$$$$! I am praying that I can get this resolved...use caution with this company.I don't care how long they're in business, we are being treated poorly and ripped off! Sorry for the long rant!!
